Good for Neff dishwasher (will fit other makes too)
Perfect, genuine part with helpful instructions in the box. This and a couple of YouTube videos and the E09 error code on my Neff dishwasher has gone away and I have hot water and clean dishes in there. Thank you

Extremely easy to change. Watched YouTube video for E09 fault on a Bosch
I couldnt afford a new dishwasher as ive had to recently buy a new freezer and microwave. So i bought this part for my Bosch which had th E09 fault. It was very easy to replace and took less than an hour to do. You dont need many tools either. A hexagon screwdriver to remove the side, and a square screwdriver for the jubilee clip. The rest is just gently pull and push. Im a 66 Yr old lady with severe arthritis who shakes and I found it easy to do.......

Missing Parts
Product arrived on time but was missing the jubilee clip and blue retaining clip. No way of requesting these parts to be sent out other than returning the item and reordering again. I could have bought just the pump alone for £20 less but wanted the extra parts to ensure we had everything needed.
