No it certainly doesn't. The best deal is the 10 pack, which works out to 14.70 per roll.

Q: Are those actual Dymo Labels? Do they have Dymo written on the inside of the roll?

Yes, the wax paper says dymo 4xl shipping label part no. 1744907. It gives a warning about voiding the warranty using "generic" labels then goes on to give you www.dymo.com. Mine work great. When I bought my machine my labels came in just the black bag, no box.
