I'm happy with my purchase and I didn't have to wait long for shipment. Programming the remote was easy and straight forward. I've tried each push button to familiarize myself with the new remote and each button works fine. I'm overall happy with my purchase.

I hired a moving company from who knows where that lost a majority of my items one being the remote for my bed. A bed that was purchased from Sears (so you know where that left me). I made this purchase hoping that I would be able to enjoy the comfort of my bed. The sync ability and ease of the setup 👌 made me a happy sleeper again.

It works great had to replace old model

Syncing was confusing at first and then I got help from the seller to complete the task. I think the price is a little expensive but my elderly Mom needed a replacement remote for her adjustable bed asap.

It was simple enough to pair - for the young guys we hired to do it. The instructions advise that you put the bed on its side to access the control box. My husband and I are 72 and weren’t about to do that. So we called the local furniture company from whom we purchased the adjustable base and, for $100, they sent a couple of technicians out. One of them was able to scoot far enough under the bed (something else we weren’t going to do) to find the learn button and pair the remote. It took him all of about 5 minutes. It was such a quick, easy job, the furniture company refunded us $50. $50 or $100, it was money well spent to have the bed functional again.

Can't sync it with the bed

installation was so easy. Press program button on bed ,then press any button on remote DONE ! It took almost 10 seconds! Fantastic!!! Thank You.

Hate the price but it worked for my bed.
