Chess Armory Digital Chess Clock

Seemed a little complicated at first, but ended up being pretty easy. Very light and portable. Seems to hold up well. Good features.

Much easier than using our cell's to keep time playing chess now. This works great and has worthwhile features. I would buy it again.

Product was as advertised. Installed battery and it fired right up. Programming is comprehensive enough for almost all levels of players. Build quality is satisfactory and the product should be a good value for the money spent. A product worth your consideration, especially when on sale.

This is an excellent little chess clock that does everything as advertised. It's very light, which is a positive and negative. It's great for little kids who haul their chess sets around. Very light and portable. However, in bullet games where the kids are pounding on their clocks, it feels like it could topple over. The North American ones are heavier, feels more durable for bullet and 2-3 minute blitz games, but heavy for kids to haul around. Also, we hear that for certain FIDE games, they may require more timer options, such as a certain increment for the first 40 moves, and then a different time increment for subsequent moves. However, for a beginner who's playing in USCF rated games, this will totally do. We have two children. We bought one of these and one of the blue North American ones with all the bells and whistles required for any FIDE tournament. We like both. This one is much easier for kids to learn to set up. This is our favorite for now.

This unit does everything one needs for a versatile and programmable chess clock. The only downside is the horrible instructions that come with it, which are very confusing. I had to search Youtube and the Internet for a proper set of instructions. Once I learned how to use it and how the settings work, it was a breeze to set up, and I'm having lots of fun with it!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he and the kids have been having a blast with it! The timer is the perfect size, compact and sturdy. You can set each side to have different times by the player, which is great for an adult and a kid (my husband gets 30 seconds per game and the kids get several minutes as they are learning). So glad we purchased!

Feeling like Magnus carlsen, maybe Hikaru, or even GothamChess?!!! In all seriousness me and my girlfriend can play hours on hours on end because of this, it makes it competitive and more excited, having to slap the clock and only using one hand to move, partnered with “touch move”. It works well just have some batterys ready

This is a very good chess clock for the price. It has both bonus and delay settings. What I really like is when You push one of the levers down, it makes a nice "thunk" sound. Makes the use more enjoyable!!! Plus it comes in a very good laminated cardboard box with magnetic fasteners, which You Will Want to KEEP for storage. The ONLY NEGATIVE is: The Chess Armory video for setup is not good, not detailed enough. You WILL Want to go to the video for the "wholesale digital basic chess clock" that is 12:55 long. It gives a really detailed demo of how to set up this clock, (this is the same clock as theirs and the Leap clock). It's about like setting a digital watch. This is my First chess clock and I RECOMMEND this clock. Also of the ones that are just like this one, this one has the coolest logo on the front.

It's a gift for my grandson who has started playing chess seriously last year. It was a great surprise and he loved the look and feel of it.

It keeps time but seems a little cheaply made. The plastic isn't snug but feels sloppy

Elegí este en particular debido a su tamaño, ya que no quería algo voluminoso debido a que suelo transportar mi tablero de ajedrez y no lo suelo usar en un lugar fijo, y este debido a su tamaño me pareció la opción perfecta, y esta bastante bien, sin embargo si no planeas transportarte tanto considero que otros son mejores opciones ya que es mas cómodo un reloj grande al menos desde mi punto de vista.

Muy buen producto pero creo que hay de sra misma calidad más baratos, pero su presentación es hermosa
