the 28mm flanges fit the medals hand pump just fine. they’re comfortable and give great output.

I ordered these flanges upon the recommendation of a lactation consultant when I was struggling to get my letdown to respond to a particular type of new pump (BabyBuddha). I also have elastic nipples that get completed sucked in too far to most flange types. They were textbook perfect fit on me (I was certain of the size and had been fitted/measured before ordering) and worked extraordinarily well for me for many months in my pumping journey. I used them every day, several times a day for months and they never failed me. I'm weaned now, but I will likely buy more sets with future children. One thing to note: the large surface area makes it challenging to fit inside certain types of nursing bras with smaller openings--account for this accordingly to prevent tears...you may need to buy a different type of bra.

These are just what I needed. I have needed smaller flanges from the get-go, and have used Maymom from the beginning to help manage my oversupply and keep my baby from getting too much foremilk. I started with the Maymom 19mm flanges and have eventually come down through 17mm and 15mm as my nipples got smaller with continued breastfeeding. My lactation consultant said I'd be in 13mm by 6 months in order to keep getting a full drain and she was right. These fit well and work with my Medela Pump in Style and my Medela Harmony hand pump. I actually like these better than the previous Maymom flanges I have that are one piece (the shield and the connector) for two reasons. First, this can be used with the Medela Harmony hand pump, because it's just the shield (one piece flanges didn't work, leaving me without an easy portable option). And second, these shields have the size stamped on them (for whatever reason, the other Maymom shields don't have the size labelled, which is kind of annoying when you have 3 different sizes now like I do). Now, I just have to hope that my nipples are done shrinking, because 13mm is the smallest size .... theoretically, they have to stop changing at some point, right? They won't vanish into oblivion ...

My lactation consultant measured me as a 16 so I got this My size exactly I went form pumping with a 27,24 and 21 to a 16-17 and I get WAY more milk went from barley 2 oz to 5-6 oz it cracked easily when I was cleaning Works on Medela harmony & in style pumps

Decided on the pano series due to the angle of the flange as a very busty mom (H/I-cup) and I wish I had done it sooner. After measuring myself I knew I need to invest and these have helped tremendously. I have a letdown quickly with these and my sessions are so much more pleasant now. The box also includes a measuring tool you can cut out which is very helpful if you're still unsure of your size.

It’s wonderful to have flanges that actually fit me. I have a 1mm difference between the left and right side and, as I discovered, that 1mm matters. These flanges are well made BUT (hence the fewer stars) what’s with the length???? Just one mm of difference between the flange I use on the other breast (standard size that came with my pump) but the length of the Maymom is insane. It makes it awkward and uncomfortable, it sticks out way beyond what is needed. As I also discovered, when placing a bottle down, unless it’s full enough to hold its own weight, the weight of the flange tips it forward and so the pumped milk spills. Why does it have to be this big and long?! On the photo it’s standing next to a flange ONE MILLIMETER smaller.
