Note: Originally purchased "Used-Like New", which arrived DOA. The blue wire running to the LED strip had broken out of the housing. Also, no instructions were enclosed indicating that the installation info was available only from a QR code on the inside of the strip light housing. The instruction link on the Amazon item page led to the wrong instructions. So, Amazon gets one start for their Resale department on this one. It was easy to return and order another -- this time brand new. Acuity Lighting gets an A+ for their help. I was able to call and speak to someone, and was emailed a schematic and instructions from their tech support team, followed by a phone call. The new unit was easy to install and works perfectly. The light is very bright, and perfect for the closet application. The color temperature is a little harsh, so I would not recommend this unit in any other home setting than a closet or garage.

Ordered two but one came damaged. It was ordered from buy used like new so I guess that's the chance you take.

They work well for me because I attached them to a beam in my barn. I do wish they had a shield over the top,

Model I received did not have the color adjustment ability. That distinction might have been explained in the text description, but the product images showing that feature did not change with my model selection, so I assumed my model had it. I could live with that for the price. LED lamp assembly sagged on one end - it is held in place by little plastic clips, but few available holes had clips, so failure of one clip at the end made the LED assembly sag. I planned to use white electrical tape to hold it up, so moved on to installation. My plan was to flush-mount it to my ceiling. They provided key-hole slots for that purpose so I figured I was in good shape until I flipped the unit over. A screw head and several bottoms of screws protruded through the mounting surface (ground lug and "ballast" mounting). I briefly thought about adding shims above the mounting locations, but then gave up and returned the unit.

I purchased light strip to replace original fixture in my kitchen, light strip was priced well and provides good lightning for entire kitchen,I am very impressed with this product and I am glad I made decision to buy it
