Quality product with a nove smell and appearance. Great value for the size and berries are at the correct ripeness and not completely hard.

For a different taste and texture, these juniper berries add an elevated element to dishes.

I pound these and add them to marinades. I also have pressed whole berries into the meat surface before grilling. They are a really good price for the quantity. The only problem I see is the bag itself. They will dry out in the bag at some point and have to be replaced. It really should have a foil surface on the inside of the bag fro longevity of the juniper berries.

Go ahead: look it up. I can't believe I'm only finding out now. The picture is 1.75L of vodka and the entire bag of juniper berries. I washed the berries well first. I let it sit 24h before straining and filtering. It's very "juniper forward" which is how I like my gin. It's *almost* too much. Next time I'll try half a bag. I put the berries in a bag in the freezer and I'll give it another try once this is gone.
