Son swears by this stuff when he is doing long distance runs/walks as ensures places where he typically gets a sore or blister he can cover over beforehand and the tape lasts the entire race, even when it's been a very long, wet and muddy trail.

Not as sticky as expected
Was told to use this tape for a verucca under the heel of my foot. The tape will not stay in place but leaves sticky residue when removed and all over my sock. Disappointing.

Nice item for hill walking.
As a runner/hill walker I use this tape to wrap my big toes with this tape to avoid blisters. Works well.
