Easy to take liquid like energy vitamin supplements for men and women
This is a great all-in-one item for those who hate taking your vitamin pill(s). One teaspoon full packs various key energy vitamins and herbs with no after taste or upset to stomach. Ginseng, Bee Pollen, Proposes, Royal Jelly + Eleuthero in honey at any time of day works for me. I usually take mine right after breakfast or at 1:15 p.m. at lunch time following a meal👍

Tastes good
I was worried that this would be horrible tasting after reading reviews, but it is palatable. It is not as sweet as honey and has a distinctive taste. The bee pollen flavor is most prevalent. I only have a teaspoon in the am and take it for energy and health benefits.

Cracked lid
It arrived in a Amazon bag. It was sealed. Just the lid was broken most likely from the delivery as our Ring caught the driver throwing it to our door. Taste is like a liquid raisins .we shall see I just took a spoon full to try.

Been using it for years
I like to put this in my decaf coffee to make it easier to consume daily. It's great for energy and helps increase my calorie intake for my weight gain. Love it!
