This is my second bottle. I can feel the difference of having taken it and not. I feel more light, more energetic then if without it. Only that, your pee turns a bit dark yellow. With regards to taste, its not the most delicious tasting multivit. When I first tasted it, it taste like the multivitamins my parents give us in the 70’s. I think its because it is packed with a lot of nutrients. Overall, I like it.

Decent product. It tastes like a liquid multivitamin should. I pee neon yellow everytime I use it. I didn't notice an energy level change. I'm not certain I would order again

Well when first received it I opened it and right away the aroma almost knocked me off my feet. Lol!! Besides that if you refrigerate it then it tastes alot better. I'm not saying that its great tasting it is hard to take but I just shoot it back like a shot. I keep in mind something with that many vitamins and minerals and nutrients has to have a strong taste to it. So with all that it is a very good product. I never have any AND I mean any energy. I'm on lots of medicine that leaves me sluggish also. So when I read all the reviews b4 buying I was skeptical like always but I bought it and tried it and it lived up to all the hype with providing energy. I assumed it'd have to build up in system b4 feeling the effects. Dead wrong. The very first time trying I noticed with the hour. So again something with that many strong ingredients I don't think they'd ever be able to have a great flavor. Recommend 100% refrigerate it 1st before tasting. Make a world of difference.

It is cheaper

I was looking for a liquid multivitamin and came across this one by faith. I went to my local herb shop and picked up some HealtHDirect aminosculpt Collagen (sugar-free 18 gram) medically -proven builds types 1-28 best absorption in Mango (flavor) earlier the same day. I came home to find that I would have save about $13 had I purchased the product at Amazon and while looking, I saw their liquid vitamin. I read through several of the reviews, and mainly, I was looking forward to having energy as well as it is recommended by doctors. I will say that, one of the reviewers, recommended putting it in the refrigerator first, as, the colder it is, the better the taste and I must say, that I totally agree!!!!!! It is not the BEST tasting, however, I am not into sweet tasting vitamins. My energy has been improving with this product as well as the collagen. I take the collagen at night before bedtime and the vitamins before or after I eat. I do intermittent fasting until about 12 or 1 pm. One other note: I am not sure, if this has happened to anyone else, however, I noticed the first time that I took this and whenever, I do not eat my cleanest, it appears, especially after taking the collagen, that I get a good cleaning the next morning. So much came out, I was like, oh my goodness, I have got to eat more healthier on a consistent basis. I plan to keep these products in rotation for at least 90 days to see what results I get and will come back and do an update.

Really has made me feel better overall even though I can only take half a dose right now. Mix with water and it's very refreshing. No more afternoon nap needed!

Still a decent product but not as energizing as it used to be. The last few deliveries seemed substandard. Even when you shake it well there is a lot of grittiness in it. Looking for another product at this point.
