Je suis tombé par hasard sur une référence à ce livre dans un forum spécialisé de Business Analysts. Bonne pioche, il est très lisible, bien plus digeste qu'un BABOK.

Excelente libro para entender y aprender a tomar buenos requerimientos de modo que entregues resultados perfectos en cuanto a lo que el cliente esperaba, en tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
