So fun!
My 10 year old picked this out and ordered it himself, with my supervision. It was pretty easy for him to build (he's been collecting and building lego sets since he was 5) and he loves the Iron Golem. Definitely a must have for kids that love to build Lego sets.

Good Lego set for kids
Purchased for my little brother for Christmas, he’s 8 and put it together just fine. He likes the 2 Pillagers it includes the most. Pretty good value for the price you especially for being a licensed Lego product.

My son who's 10 and has autism really liked building this kit. There were several stages to build and he did a bit each day for 3 days, however some kids could probably do it in under an hour. (He has a bit trouble with fine motor skills and so Lego helps with that, but it takes him a bit longer than other kids might be). I was pleased he could do it without any help, as the instructions were very clear and the bags are marked out so a child can do it themselves. I like that the set has several figures and you could easily play a game just with the characters it includes, even if you didn't have other Minecraft sets. The quality is great, as all Lego products are.
