As the headline says, this is a great product. Under normal circumstances, we would never pay so much for a product like this--it was approximately $75--but we needed it for guests' safety so we made the plunge.

These are great, as long as you don't drop, move, tap, push, or bump in any way. Fragile piece of garbage, and an absurd price for a piece of cheaply made plastic.

First, I love the sanitizing cups. They do the job and they do it well. However, the brushes are now worn and I need to replace them but even though it states on the product description and box that the brushes are replaceable there is no where you can find replacement brushes. This is unsettling since I am forced to purchase an entire set all over again when I only need the brushes. The info is misleading.

Sure, it's a great concept, but you'll hate it in a few weeks. The 3 internal brushes don't stay fixed in their position. After a short time, the slots they slide into wear or expand resulting in the brushes flying around loose within the cup. Which, makes sense. The cup is plastic and so are the slots they slide into, so it's pretty much engineered to fail. If they were $5, I'd buy a bunch and toss them after two months and move to the next new one. Not gonna happen at $50+. Don't waste your money. Use a $10 stainless cup and forget the brush concept.
