I dumped it in my tank at the highest recommended concentration. After 400km it almost totally cleared up the rough idle which I suspect was clogged injectors. I'm reordering, and intend to use a bottle every tank from now on. (1998 Silverado 5.0L 577,000km)

Great PEA added Nozzle cleaner. I added it to 40 litre of tank full fuel. After running 50-60 kms I can find improvement in pickup, less vibration and quick start.
