Lovely Popcorn!
Absolutely my favorite popcorn to use! Pops greats and the flavor of the popcorn is amazing. Love how big they pop up to. Definitely worth it. Y'all won't be disappointed if y'all are popcorn people like myself. I sometimes forget to eat supper because I had a late snack of popcorn.

SO DISAPPOINTED
I was so disappointed with this popcorn. The description of huge, fluffy kernels etc, etc was the complete opposite of how this turned out. I popped with a heavy stainless steel pot on stovetop, same as always. This was NOT fluffy at all, tons of hulls, hard bits of kernels…I cannot recommend this at all. I am really upset about spending so much for such a poor quality product that has such a glowing description and cannot be sent back.

Pricey but the best popcorn ever
Pops up the size of a medium large green grape. Very few unpopped kernels. Popcorn looks great and tastes great. It is pricey though. Get what you pay for. I am a Popsecret fan though.

Disappointed
This popcorn was slow to start popping, did so hesitatingly once started and left a ton of unpopped kernels in the pot. Trying to leave it longer to pop more resulted in it burning it so pop had to be dumped in the bowl with a quarter left unpopped at the bottom. I tried doing multiple ways, adjusting the heat, amount of corn, more coconut oil, all with the same results. There were a ton of husks at the center of the popcorn and the popcorn was tough without much flavor. I couldn't find an expiration date on the container to verify if freshness was the issue. I've tried multiple gourmet popcorn kernels in the last month and am still left wanting. The popped corn was bigger, but that's about it.

Tastes good came with moths
Okay, the popcorn tastes really good though the left over kernal part that gets stuck in your teeth etc with popcorn was incredibly prevalent and would stick to my gums, roof of my mouth all the time. Also I had split it into 2 sealed food safe buckets, one a small portion of what wouldn't fit in the other tub maybe 5-10 pounds of the product was in that food safe tub, the larger portion went in another sealed tub when I opened it, it had some weird moth infestation. The bag when I received it seemed sealed but maybe it has a small hole. So whether it was picked up in transport or from the farm I don't know. I do know when I opened the tub I put it in it still had a tight seal.

Excellent but pricey
It was an excellent popcorn. Popped up large and fluffy. Quality was great too. The package was just kind of small at that price.

Worth the money
Really good popcorn. Pops well with few kernels left.

not what I expected or worth the price to me
Sorry, I was excited about buying from a first generation farmer.. but not excited about the price for popcorn.. against my better judgement I ordered it hoping for the ultimate popcorn experience ... I'm afraid I didn't get that. Most of the popcorn, I'd say 80 percent looked like regular popcorn, some small, some larger than regular but not nearly as many Mushroom pops as I had dared dream for. I made it for the super bowl game and was going to put duck fat on it like I had in a fancy restaurant a few weeks ago. My husband researched popcorn and said to buy the Mushroom popcorn.. so i did. Very disappointed.. I'm not sure how this is very different from the popcorn you buy at the grocery store for much less money.. perhaps I'll try it again and see since there is no return on it.. but $20 for a lb of popcorn.. I expected something out of this world. I was put off by others reviews of mushroom popcorn stating the same reasons I was disappointed.. but theirs was not as expensive. I figured going for the most expensive (no review yet).. would ensure me a great product. tell me again, why this is $20 a lb popcorn.. perhaps I'm missing something.. I'm 64 years old and have loved popcorn since I could point and scream for it.. so I know how to make popcorn and what to expect. sorry, but not impressed. I'll send a picture, since it is just sitting in the same bowl from yesterday and I toss my dogs few pieces every once in a while....
