Ahhh! I’m in heaven! Adhesion is great. Does not come off when sweaty. I tape four fingers every time I climb (which is my brand of working out). Not because the fingers are injured but because they’re hypermobile. I use a specific under-finger X taping pattern my physical therapist suggested to AVOID hyperextending my proximal interphalangeal joints. I used to use metolius tape, but they’ve changed manufacturers and the tape is not sticky anymore. Goat tape STICKS, is comfortable, and provides the support I need. It tears well but not accidentally (I tear it in thirds to get the strips narrow enough). There’s minimal residue when removing it, and it doesn’t cause skin irritation the way Luco tape does. Yes, Goat tape is expensive. I use a lot, so it probably costs a dollar a day in tape to climb. But would I pay a dollar to avoid injury to my hypermobile fingers? You bet. I just bought my second roll and am so glad I found this tape! Five stars.

Holds great comes off easy

I am new to crossfit and not used to so much wear and tear on my hands... so they have been getting pretty blistered-up. I tried several different kinds of tape and none of it lasted through my entire workout without falling off. I was about to buy some gloves (but was hoping to avoid that) when I saw this tape and gave it a try... and it worked great! It look a good beating in class and stayed on the entire time. I will say, I only wrapped my thumbs, so not sure how it would hold up elsewhere on the hands but for that purpose it was great. It only came loose after I washed my hands. I wouldn't say this is SCARY sticky.... but it does seem to be stickier than most athletic tapes out there and can hold up decent to a crossfit class. I would recommend and will likely be buying more when I run out.

This tape is excellent, gives enhanced grip and has a strong adhesive hold. Easy to use and tear off pieces, made with quality materials, though it is a bit pricey for what you get.

DAY 1- First impression for personal use tacky roll, instantly went to the top of the list after use on pull up/dip. Lays very nice. Be back after week and a month+

I used to tape my thumbs with kinesio tape, and the experience was usually good - KT is durable and flexible, so it feels great on the hand, doesn't rub through and provides excellent protection. However, I always thought it was wasteful (KT is expensive) and not very convenient (because it has a layer that needs to be peeled off, and you need scissors). After reading the rave reviews for this Goat tape, I was excited to buy one! But after using it a few times for lifting, I can say that I'm very disappointed - the only good thing about it is that it can be torn off the roll without scissors. Other than that, it's pretty terrible - it feels like paper, doesn't stretch at all and is hard to wrap around thumbs without it wrinkling. If I add just one layer, I don't feel secure, if I add more, it won't let me bend my thumb and is uncomfortable. And worst of all, it leaves glue on the skin when I take it off - and that glue is really hard to wash off. A roll of kinesio tape costs just a few bucks more than Goat tape - so I guess I'll stick with that one for my activities. Update: ended up getting Jerkfit Nubs for my thumbs and can't be happier.

Use it to keep a toe taped in the pool and it works well. I do prep the area with an alcohol wipe first and let it dry before I apply. Seems to adhere even better if I put it on several hours before I get in the water. Be sure to remove it afterward because it does hold moisture in under it.

I use this to wrap ears on my dogs to get them to stand. It's exactly what I needed.

Excelente producto

This is the best lifting tape ever: - can be used for various gym related pursuits - the roll lasts a very long time - easy to tear off / split in half without scissors - stays on / isn't affected by sweat However, can be hard to come by in the UK for a non-inflated price.

J'utilise ces bandes pour l'haltéro et c'est vraiment une bonne référence pour eviter les petits accrocs et le grip est bon.

Fantastic tape, no flex or give so have to re work how I tape my thumbs but otherwise tough and super sticky.
