If you aren’t daring enough to step into the research chemicals for muscle maintenance, this is for you. This compound is found in apples, green tea extract and coa coa powder. I have had zero side effects, I am noticing less soreness even after leg day, and I seem to be holding on to the muscle I do have while I am dieting the winter fat off of me. I was extremely happy to order this product despite the high price due to the advertised potency. To set the stage I'll just say I primarily buy supplements in powder form as I try to take them as a drink all together. The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was uncharacteristically of most supplements these were white non see through capsules. Dum dum dum! There is a reason why. These capsules are almost completely empty and every single one I have opened so far has been less than half full. I guess if you want to pay almost triple and get almost nothing except a white capsule in your stomach, be my guest. Extremely dissapointed, and there really is no good reason for there to be so little product in these capsules and for them to be a non see through color except for the obvious attempt at deception. Really Bro! Depending on how my refund goes I will be posting videos in as many places as possible to get the word out. I'm tired of this BS and companies taking advantage of us and our hard earned dollars.

Good product, good concentration per pill. I only wish the seller would keep more of them in stock at a time - it always seems as if they only have 3-4 left when they have them, then go out of stock for days at a time.
