Wood Craft Beads

As someone who works with jewelry, macramé, and the occasional DIY home décor project, I’ve handled my fair share of wooden beads. But let me tell you—finding a batch that’s both beautiful and consistent is harder than it sounds. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these wooden beads with center-cut holes. First, the smoothness and finish caught my attention right out of the bag. The surface was clean and polished—no rough patches, splinters, or leftover sawdust. I didn’t have to sand or condition a single one before using them, which is a big time-saver when you’re making a large batch of items. They also took stain and sealant beautifully on another project, soaking in just enough color without any blotching. The hole quality is another highlight. These beads have a well-drilled, clean center hole—no jagged edges or internal splinters that can shred your thread. I’ve used everything from waxed cord and hemp to embroidery thread, and not once have I had to deal with fraying or struggling to pass through. That smooth internal bore is a small detail, but it makes a world of difference in usability. Consistency is something I always look for, especially when I’m stringing beads for bracelets or garlands where a misaligned hole or off-size bead stands out. In this batch, the sizes were uniform, the roundness was true, and the holes were well-centered. I didn’t have to sort through dozens just to find the usable ones—almost every bead was ready to go. If I had to nitpick, a few beads had very faint natural wood markings, but nothing that detracted from the overall quality. In fact, it gave them a bit of rustic charm. Overall, these wooden beads with a center hole are a dependable, high-quality choice for crafters and makers. Perfect size

As expected, nice quality.

Good construction. I'm very happy that I bought these. They are working great for the paper angels I bought them for. Angels are 6 x 6 and this is the exact size I need for the head on the angels.

I'm actually using these for the "nose" on my Gnomes (I don't paint mine). There are a few beads that have scrapes and scratches on them, but most are just fine. The holes can be a bit rough, but it's easy to take a tool and scrape on the inside to get rid of the rough areasl

I use these beads for crafts. They are so smooth and sturdy, with just the right sized hole. They make perfect heads for my angel ornaments! Will continue to order these, since I found the perfect size.

I make custom graduation leis and use these beads at the ends of my open leis and let me tell you, they are absolutely perfect and just the right added touch! Love how many came in a pack. All the holes were fine in the package I received. I didn’t notice be any mold or a funky smell like others here ave experienced. I believe these are well worth the money and I will be purchasing these again in a few months!!!
