Humans Vs. Zombies

A hidden gem for zombie fans. I'd seen the movie a good while back and couldn't remember the name. Took a bit for me to find trying to Google "zombie movie staring hot gamer chick with a jack black look alike" and many other wierd combo's until i remembered the zombie game on campus🤣Ending was a little disappointing but still an over all great zombie movie for being lower budget.

For some reason it is one of my favorite zombie movies! My boyfriend teases me about it. I like the little comics insert it came with! Fast shipping!

I have seen a lot of Zombie movies. Maybe one in five are worth the money to purchase.This is one of those movies.

It's a low budget horror film. Since it is a low budget film, the acting, effects, and a storyline wont be amazing, nor should the viewer expect it to be. For a low budget film, it does a pretty good job. The storyline was different, and added a few interesting additions to what is otherwise your standard Zombie film. There is quite a bit of irony and the characters don't exactly take on the roles as stereotypically in other films. i don't want to give a spoiler on any part of the film, so I'll leave it at this,... I have stopped watching movies before, sometimes as early as 5 minutes, but i made it to the end of this movie and was not completely dissapointed. It gets three stars because it is exactly that, which is the sum of "Nothing to rave over" + "Nothing to complain about" + 3 stars.

I really did like this movie because the story was good, the characters were believable, the acting was pretty good too. I thought that the security guard and the preacher characters were awesome. I liked that part of the storyline. The zombies were great because they werent all slow and mindless, they ran and usually caught what they were chasing. I didnt understand why some people who got bit were zombies right away but then some took alittle longer to turn. anyway, i think its a good movie all aroound. It had a pretty good ending!

As a self proclaimed horror flick aficionado who wants to be as brief as possible, I will say this:Humans vs Zombies is an independent film that was written and directed by people who "get it." This was a very good story line, great filming, good acting, and good special effects. If you like the classic zombie movies from "back in the day" but want a more modern feel to it then this is the movie for you.I loved the character dynamics, and interactions. I also liked the idiosyncratic mannerisms displayed by each actor. In total this movie was worth the 1.5 hours and the 3.99 to watch instantly on Amazon. I am so pleased by this film that I will definitely look into other movies directed by Brian T. Jaynes. The ending was exactly what this film needed too. Great job guys!

I guess this could have been worse. I mean, they probably didn't put much into it and I have seen bigger pieces of crap that obviously spent more money to be nothing. It isn't really confused about what it is. Kind of a waste of time but had some potential. Just kind of gets lost in a BS college love story and shallow characters (including a poor-man's jack black ripoff)

Hatte mich wirklich auf diesen Film gefreut, leider hat es meine Erwartungennicht erfüllt. Die Handlung ist ganz gut, doch die deutschen Synchronstimmen,die den Text nur runterleiern, wie das ja leider auch in den deutschenFilmen der Fall ist machen den ganzen Film nur langweilig.......... Schade

der film ist extrem schlecht synchronisiert.... und die handlung ein naja... wer ihn sich kauft wird mir zustimmen. Wünsche allen trozdem viel spass damit

Film begins with scenes in a lab, an explosion then a man in a lab coat pulls out a gun, shoots a female lab worker and then himself, we assume, as we only hear the shots fired. Then we see some news type broadcasts that aren't too clear then scene changes and it's a college campus. There's a larp game going on amongst students. It's called Humans Vs Zombies. In the meanwhile we see a woman on the beach get bitten by some infected guy. So for some there's a game going on while for others reality. It's an end of the world type of zombie flick.I enjoyed this but I didn't think it was very good. Just ok. A lot of the dialogue was drowned by a continuous rock music score. Not that it's rock all the time as some scenes where there was supposed to be tension had a different score going on. Any tense scenes seemed far too weak and overall it seemed like the whole film was a "by the numbers" flick. It's low budget so we get some explicit death scenes but a lot aren't. The effects generally are well done with exploding heads, blood and gore splashing about. Also the zombies are of the 100 mph variety. Nothing too special or memorable in this and just about passable entertainment. Don't think this zombie flick is one that I'd want to watch again.Extras include stills for about 5 mins and trailer.
