I would highly recommend this camera pole to anyone that is looking for a very sturdy mount. It comes with a small ram mount so you can position the camera in any way you would like. It's a bit pricey. But you are getting quality. I use this on my side by side mounted in the back to record over the roof and on my kayak to record my fishing trips. No issues at all. I love the quick release mount. If your looking for a longer small-camera pole. This is hands down the best one.

You learn the hard way that the adage buy-once, cry-once is so true. I cheaped out on a telescoping mounting pole for my Insta360 One X2 and the pole broke and the camera was destroyed. $500 loss trying to save $50 extra dollars. So, pulled the trigger on this Boomstick. Should've bought it initially. Damn thing is bombproof, heavy duty and that camera is going nowhere unless the track itself breaks. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? No question. Save your expensive gear and go with something like this from the get-go.

This wobbles quite a bit mounted in the yak attack rails. It didn’t fall off but it’s concerning as much as it moves. Something this expensive from a brand that is supposed to be the standard is disappointing.

It’s nice. It does what it’s suppose to do. Paying for the name. I think a $50 price tag would be better for what it is. It wobbles some due to how long it is but the cameras take that out for you. I enjoy it overall. Just wish it was cheaper.
