This compressor is still working 3 1/2 years later. The only issue I had was when it stopped working last year. I called Customer Support and they helped me get a fault code, which led me straight to a corroded power wire connection (Not a warranty issue) Having the flexibility to change the pressure to my air bags, even when driving, is so convenient. I regularly haul my trailer with heavy loads. I adjust my air bags, based on the load I am carrying, especially at night to ensure my headlights are not blinding oncoming traffic. It's also nice to raise and lower the bags for connecting and disconnecting my travel trailer sway bars. The separate controller is nice, till you forget it on the back bumper:( The App works great as well. Installation is not easy if you're not handy. I routed the air intake tubing into the cab of my truck, behind the rear seat, to avoid the risk of picking up dirty or moist air. There is also a filter casing on the end of the hose to protect the compressor.

When installing let the axel hang and put jack stands under the frame and isolation will be quick.

This is a great addition to my truck and air bags. Very easy to install and get running. The remote is great to have. This unit allows not only air bag inflation/deflation but you can do each side at different pressures. This was a great addition to my truck for my camper. With the stored presets, I hook up and then hit the preset, and when I disconnect, I hit another preset. Call me lazy, but I never have to check the pressure of the bags or get out my compressor to fill them up. If you tow a camper, either 5th wheel or tow, this is something you need.

I spent hours installing a set of Firestone air bags and the Air Lift #7400EZ. All of it was an easy install. I have installed several air bag systems before, but wanted to give AirLift a try. I was supposed to be on my way across the country towing a 6x10 trailer with a 2007 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4 V6 with an OEM Tow Package... but not now. For one the pump on the #7400 is garbage. When it turns on it sounds like it is going to seize at any minute. Then when it does come up to 10 lbs of pressure, all the cheap air hose push connectors leak. I used the supplies hose and T- connectors... three of the 5 connection points leaked. After several attempts to get them to seal i lost total confidence in them and bought new ones online. After finally getting the leaks corrected i began to see the remote would not connect to the manifold. I reset the unit by unplugging the fuse and re-pairing the remote to the manifold. It works for 10 minutes and looses signal. After 3 more attempts to reboot (ulplug fuse from inline fuse, pull out battery on remote, reset up from start etc) ALL of which cause the same error which makes this unit not only useless but I have ZERO confidence to drive 3500 miles expecting it to perform. AIR LIFT - Stop wasting everyones time, money and personal safety and make a product that actually works.

Worked great and as expected for the first year then after about 1.5 years blue tooth would no longer connect. I had Android so tried sons iPhone and same issue. Would not pick up signal from compressor. Called support and they had me unplug and plug it back in and delete app and redownload but nothing worked. So I can't use it since it's not wired and can purchase a controller that is also Bluetooth so would be taking a chance so currently I'm just driving around with an expensive paperweight

Works pretty good. Biggest downside for me was there is no ability to set the pressure below 5psi. I had air hitches I was hoping to run off the second port. Not what it was intended for. But the lack of ability to turn off or set a port to 0 made things a little more complicated. Compressor works great. Bluetooth connectivity as well as the controller works ok. Sometimes it takes a while to get connected.

Will only work when it's the only thing connected to your phone took me a few days to get it to work and after 3 unanswered 1 hr calls to the tech line. i got a called back from an email and they sent me a free remote it works awesome now. the app still not really working even after upgrading my phone s22 to s25 from inside the cab

So far so good. Installed the compressor and manifold up beside the battery . This should keep it cleaner and last longer. You will probably need a little more air hose to do it this way. Love the remote.

Excellent product

Très performant comme concept, facile d’installation. Répond très bien à mon besoin. Cependant, ma recommandation, est de favoriser l’installation à l’intérieure de la cabine en autant que c’est possible de le faire. Moi, de mon coté, nous l’avons installé sous le siège du côté passager, en autant que le siégé ne fonctionne pas électriquement. Réf: Ford Transit 250, AWD, année 2023.. Note: deux petits trous à percer au plancher pour les boyaux d’air et brancher le câblage électrique au bornier déjà existant du câblage électrique du siège qui n’est pas électrique, mais toujours pré-installé par Ford lors de la livraison du camion, donc, disponible pour faciliter le branchement. Bonne installation et bonne journée !!!!!!
