Perfect Size, Well Made, Worth the Price
I've had a Vitamix for about 7 years now. My original container was just like this one. Until it met with an unfortunate accident, it worked great for 7 years. Before I got my Vitamix, I couldn't find a blender that would last over a year. I love the quality. We use this every day, at least once and usually more. This one was identical to the one I originally purchased with my vitamix. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Works great. I have my morning smoothie perfectly blended in mere seconds. I've mades soups, salad dressings and even used it to scramble eggs. It's easy to clean, nothing sticks, I just rinse it out. If it ever does need a good wash, just add a couple drops of detergent, fill it about 1/3 fill and turn the blender all the way high for a few seconds. Then off and rinse the soap out. Now, I just wish Vitamix would make a 16 oz container!

The Vitamix 32-ounce container is perfect for single servings!
I have a Vitamix Explorian Series E320 that came with a low-profile 64-ounce container. This is great for large families or people who want to make big batches. However, without much experimentation, it's a little difficult to eyeball how many ingredients are needed to make a single-serving size in this particular container. Sometimes I just want to make a quick 16-ounce smoothie, and I found myself being too generous with the ingredients and making a 32-ounce smoothie instead! This is why I did my research and purchased the 32-ounce container ($128.95) with a mini-tamper ($10.08). When the 32-ounce container arrived, I switched it out with the 64-ounce container and placed it on the Vitamix blender. It was considerably smaller. Also, the original tamper that came with the Vitamix would totally hit the blades of the smaller container, so definitely make the wise purchase of the mini-tamper as well. Another difference I noticed is that the blades are longer in the 64-ounce container verses the 32-ounce container. I was worried that it wouldn't blend as well.. During my experimentation with the smaller container, I found it was a lot easier to eyeball how many ingredients were needed to make a single-serving. My first smoothie was a perfect 16-ounces (half of the container). It blended flawlessly with the help of the mini-tamper to push the ingredients down into the blade. My worries were eliminated of the blades not performing up to par with the larger ones in the 64-ounce container. Afterwards, I rinsed the container out, filled it halfway with water, added a drop of soap, blended on high for a minute, and the container, lid, and tamper washed itself. The Vitamix functioned as intended even with the smaller container. If you find yourself wanting to make smaller portions in your Vitamix, just drop the money and purchase the 32-ounce container and the mini-tamper. It will save water consumption for cleaning over time, and it's a lot easier to determine the size and quantity of your end product. It can also be used to make enough for a 2nd person. I have stored the 64-ounce container and low-profile tamper in my cupboard for occasions when I want to use the Vitamix for more than 2 people at a time.

Perfect size! Fits my 5300 model
I have the Vitamix 5300 High Performance Blender that is available through Costco. It came with 1 pitcher the 64-ounce low profile. I found myself frequently wanting to blend smaller amounts that were not working in this large 64-ounce pitcher. It took me a long time to want to spend another $100+ on another pitcher for this expensive blender, but I finally did. Now that I have purchased the 32-ounce pitcher with wet blade, this has become the pitcher I use most often. I like the design of the pitcher, it fits inside the blender holders on the machine, not on the outside the way the large pitcher fits. The measurement numbers are easy to read and the lid fits tightly. I will note that liquid often squeezes when I wash it. I fill it with hot water and soap, if you get just a little over the fill line the water spills out. I have used it to make lots of smoothies, batter and pulse nuts into a cream. It has worked well to do all of those things. I really like this pitcher and found it very helpful to use on a daily basis. If you found my review helpful, please help me out by clicking “yes” below. Thank you.

Perfect size for blending small amounts that the large wide-profile container can't blend
I needed a smaller container for my Vitamix for smaller amounts of things like sauces and dressings because my large wide-profile container was too large to blend small amounts. This 32-oz container is the perfect size for blending smaller portions, and it seems to have the same amount of blending power that my larger container has. I know there were less expensive options than this one, but the reviews of other brands sounded a bit iffy, so I opted for the Vitamix brand container and feel it was well worth the additional cost. I also love that I didn't have to buy another appliance to have sitting out in my kitchen. I simply store this smaller container in one of the draws below my Vitamix.

Good as expected

I made a big mistake and bought the personal cup adapter. I should have bought this instead, so I did. It's much smaller than the giant 64 ounce and is perfect for smoothies, even for one person. it cleans just like the big one, and is super simple to use. I still think it is way over-priced, but it works.

I was a skeptic about the whole Vitamix thing. I mean, $500 for a blender? I decided I wanted to try it, on a healthy eating kick... So I bought one at Costco since they have an amazing return policy in the likely case I’d want to return it and get my half-grand back. Anyway, the blender itself is amazing. It’s so crazy powerful, it chews through anything you put into it. It doesn’t get air locked nearly as much as cheaper blenders (you know, when that annoying air pocket forms around the blade and you have to turn it off and smush everything down?), and it comes with a tamper if that does happen (which it does for thicker smoothies and recipes, just not very often). Anyway, this review is for this mini version of the larger blender jug that come with the Vitamix. I wanted it to be able to make small batches of salad dressings and smaller batches of smoothies. For these it works well - it allows you to blend smaller amounts and it’s just as fast and powerful as the larger one. I would say that it doesn’t churn the food downwards as effectively as the larger jug. Perhaps this is my recipes, but it seems to leave more bits on the sides than the other jug which sucks most everything into its crazy vortex. I should qualify this and say that this is a very minor complaint. Overall the small jug does exactly what I wanted it for. The only other downside to this version is that it doesn’t come with a mini-tamper. For the crazy expensive prices that Vitamix charges for this piece of plastic, the least they could do is include the simple black plastic thingamabob that probably costs them less than a buck to make, package and ship. The last downside to this is the cost. Was I crazy to buy a $500 blender only to buy a $162.85 accessory for it? Absolutely. Nobody should spend this much on something like this. But it is exactly the thing, and the only real alternative (if you want the absolute best) is to buy a Blendtec at about the same cost. I can’t complain about the cost, but I can admit that it’s stupidly high for what it is.

Es un vaso original Vitamix, funciona perfectamente con mi E310 Explorian (VM0200), no tengo problemas con la calidad del vaso, es del tamaño que quería (mas corto), solo el precio me dolio un poco, pero es un producto original.

I’ve owned the 64oz jar for a few years and have been wanting a smaller jar for smaller jobs such as hummus, guacamole and smaller smoothies (especially nice cream!!). This jar is perfect for all of that. Only docked one star for price because I think these jars are a little overpriced, but they are worth it and customer service in the event of a damaged jar is always fantastic. Will stick with vitamix forever :)
