Perfect little kit pouch
Love this baby. My sister loves playing in the outdoors, so my last present was a solid EDC kit in a Condor H20 pouch (the one with the built on secondary pouch) with a shoulder sling attached so if something happened she'd improve her success rates by having proper gear assistance. And it works awesome--stainless Klean Kanteen, Lifestraw Personal Filter, Kabar orange folder, paracord, compass, firestarter and matches, etc, etc. So the next logical step was to build her a basic trauma/extended first aid kit to go with her. That meant it had to be small enough to not be left behind but big enough to actually be of real use.Enter this little guy.First look on arrival, I admit, I had serious doubts--but this pouch is like a mini black hole, I can't believe it holds so much. It easily takes the Celox 15g pouch, SWAT-T orange tourniquet, Israeli pressure bandage 4 inch, heavy duty medical gloves, assorted gauze pads, burn jel, tape, bandaids, plastic bags for used pads/biohazard and painkiller. A small rescue hook and some other bits could easily be added.VERY pleased.I may attach a 'red cross' lapel or hat pin or keychain thing--or a cool zombie biohazard one, even better!--though I could just change out the cord pulls to red paracord or loop a bit of it through one of the molle points. That way it is easily identifiable to her even in a pack. You could rig a patch set up if you really wanted to, but the pin or keychain or red paracord will be fine enough for me.This little kit will work on a belt set up (the back has both molle for your favored attaching bits and snap belt loops--which would also work themselves as molle attach points to wave in) or hook to your pack or vest rig. You can also just toss it into your pack and pull it if you need it.So, I'm pleased. Now she'll have a solid EDC and a solid basic med set up while she's off doing her outdoor play. Now, if only we could get the other people blithely bouncing around 'hiking' to take the time to do something like this for themselves, they would be actually be useful . . . . Maybe if we marketed it as a place they could also store their cell phone and iTunes??

Great little pouch for EDC items
I purchased this pouch to hold my EDC items, which I carry in a larger North Face Berkley Field Bag (purchased separately on Amazon). The internal storage is perfect for my multitool, several smaller tools, and my iPhone accessories. The external MOLLE webbing (on both sides) allows me to easily store a small flashlight, jet lighter, and tire gauge with slots to spare. Build quality is good and with proper care should last many years. The zippers in particular are well made, which are always the first things to fail on budget bags. But these zippers feel robust so I'm confident they will last. Personally, I don't wear the pouch on my belt, as I don't find that style of carry very comfortable. But it has belt loops if that's something you're into. Or, I suppose you could also use the belt loops to lash it to a backpack. Bear in mind the pouch is not waterproof. At best it is water resistant. But in heavy rain or dropped into water the contents will definitely get wet.

Exactly what I needed
I have a bail-out bag that is full to the brim (3 day pack with molle system all around) so I wanted to expand its capacity because I love the bag. I found these pouches on Amazon and the dimensions seemed to be exactly what I needed. When they arrived, I quickly inspected them for construction issues and I'm pleased to say they passed with flying colors (I bought 2 of the OD green ones). The stitching was strong and was without flaws, and the zippers are solid and work well. I prefer a little more robust zippers on my survival gear, but these zippers are the right size for these bags. I was able to fit both of them side-by-side on the back of my pack with the molle system, which is exactly what I needed.I'll be buying 2 more of these to go above the two I already received. I can fit 4 of these snugly on the back of my 3 day pack, adding quite a bit of extra storage for all of my small gear. I hate fumbling through my bail-out bag looking for the smaller items, and this will keep them within reach at all times. One of them is my new full first aid kit, replacing a heavier hard case that I was using. Actually I combined two smaller first aid kits into one and put everything into one pouch, including a snake bite kit.Very happy with these pouches, especially since they are Prime and at a great price. Better option than used Army surplus products, too. You get new pouches for half the price.

Good for my chest rig
I got this to put on my chest rig. I keep a cat tourniquet on the front MOLLE section. The inside has a lot of elastic straps and sections for putting tape, gauze, quick clot, etc.Pros-CheapColor is rightVery organizational (for you OCD neat freaks like myself)Cons-Zipper and pulls seem cheap(however I cannot attest to their durability yet)Gets heavy quickly. I don't keep much in there and it weighs down the side of my chest rig quite a bitDon't have it in tri color desert!! (okay not a product but pref. complaint..)Overall.. This is a nice alternative to the more expensive and name brand pouches, but don't expect perfection. I'd still reccomend it to anyone..

Great first aid bag for backpacking
I bought this bag to store first aid supplies for backpacking and couldn't be more pleased. It is a nice, thick material and has straps on the inside to hold the items in place. My only gripe is that the straps are just a bit too small to hold a bottle of Dermoplast (an antiseptic and burn relief spray), so I had to attach an additional piece of elastic. All in all, it's a great bag. It's small enough to take hiking but holds a good amount of supplies. After researching other first aid bags and stocked kits, I decided to go with this one because of the durability. Also, it allowed me to stock the bag with things we need. Much better bang for your buck.I followed the advice of other reviewers and attached a first aid patch to the front to make it easily identifiable.
