Excellent product. What can you say - works as advertised. You can adjust the nut to where a rail is directly on top, and use a light, or adjust it to where a rail is directly on bottom, and use a tripod, and still use a light at a 45 degree angle - this latter setup is the best one (if using a bipod or tripod). I use this in conjunction with tripod and a Hickory Creek archery vertical "crossbow" (the Draw-Loc people), with a scope, to excellent effect (truly an 80 yard setup, or more, depending upon vital zone size of target). Light for night hunting yotes or pigs, where legal, if that's your thing. I got it for the tripod use.
