Overall, the yellow arm is the most useful tool here. It really helps to regulate your hinge of the hand. You put it on your iron or driver handle and then keep pushing it towards the arm during the upswing, and then you do the down swing and can then do the same. Overall it is pretty good to use!

Great value for a couple of swing trainers

Good items in theory for instruction but the ball was difficult to blow up and the strap wouldn’t stay in place. The yellow wrist aid was impossible to fit on any golf club so not sure how that’s supposed to work as it came with no instructions. The elbow straps seem to work well and I think would be similar or more beneficial as the ball in preventing chicken wing arms.

The best training aids at an easily valuable price! I’ve been using them for the last week and have seen way more consistency on the course! I highly recommend purchasing these items.
