I’m really happy with this MEACOLIA 3-pack pill organizer! Each case has 8 compartments — 6 small ones for pills and 2 larger ones for vitamins — which is perfect for keeping everything separated and organized. The double-lock design is excellent; it keeps the lids tightly closed, so I don’t have to worry about pills spilling in my bag. The build quality feels sturdy, and I like that it’s made from food-grade material. It’s lightweight but still feels durable. The size is just right — small enough to fit in my purse or pocket, yet large enough to hold several days’ worth of pills. The pastel colors (purple, green, and pink) are really cute too, and it’s nice having three boxes so I can use one for daily vitamins, one for travel, and one as a backup. Overall, this is a great value for anyone who wants a neat, portable, and secure way to carry pills or supplements. Highly recommended!

Ok so I love and hate this pill box. First, it only has 6 of the little pill box area, so if you wanted a solid "week" (7 days) then you'll have to use one of the 2 big pill box areas. Not a big deal, but I'm a little OCD and just didn't realize this until after I bought it. Again, not a big deal, but can be annoying in some ways. Only other con, is it's really hard to open the lids inside the box sometimes. This would be incredibly frustrating for someone who is older. This is NOT a product for an elderly person in my opinion. And honestly, that's the only con I have. Everything else is great. It's small enough and compact that it fits in any bag without making a big annoying thing in the way. It seals when closed to keep extra air or water or dust out, which is better than other pill boxes I've had. Also, pro-tip, the plastic covers come off when you're putting pills in, which is very nice and makes it easy to clean as well. And I really do like that there's two larger pill areas. I have a weird regime of pills right now and it really helps to have a couple spots in there that are larger for the pills that I take a lot more often. Great product, I honestly would buy it again. And the price for the pack of three is unbeatable, great job!

Each container comes with a "guitar pick" tool to help you open the compartments inside and I sure needed it. Its nice that the shut so secure but old hand with a small tool is its own problems. Also, larger pills did not fit well even in the large slot... pills could not "stack". Generally a good travel product.

Very compact to travel with good size compartments where you can put a good amount of aspirins Tylenol Motrin and it comes with little tag so you can write exactly what and what is it each compartment and it’s made really good because it won’t get squished. It’s hard outside.

Great container! I love the colors and the size. The smaller compartments can be hard to open, but it comes with a little plastic pick that helps open those. More info in video!

Decent pill organizer overall and the compartments are perfect for small to average tablets. The build feels sturdy and the colors are nice for travel. However, the lids are very hard to open, especially if you have larger capsules like omega-3 fish oil. That makes daily use a bit frustrating. Works fine for smaller pills, but not ideal if you take bulky supplements.

These pill organizers are great. My daughter in law has them and I saw it and knew I had to order one. So I of course got the 3 pack. They hold quite a bit of pills. I was able to fill 12 Pepto tablets in one of the larger compartments and 6 pills fit fine in the smaller compartment. There was even room to spare in both the big & small ones. The case itself opens and closes easily. The compartments can be a bit difficult but they include a guitar pick so you can flick them open. The labels came in handy so I know which pain medicine is in each compartment. They give you plenty of labels too. They also provide 2 sets of day of the week labels and 2 sets of the numbers 1 thru 7. I put one case in my purse already and will pack another one for traveling. I’ll keep the last one as a spare. For the price these are definitely worth getting.

Lots of compartments. Wish there was room to do 7 on the one side. It would be ideal for daily meds. I use it to carry otc meds like allergy medicine, Advil, Pepto Bismal and gravol. It comes with labels as well.

None of the boxes would open, one had a broken clasp so even if it could be opened it would then not be secure. Absolute trash - suitable for the bin only DO NOT BUY
