took 1/2 hour to install, and works just fine. Reason for replacement was cable broke at previous motor connection.

Seems I should have trusted the reviews here. The majority of this unit is pretty decent. The regulator seems well built and a bit more sturdy than even one you would get thru an Autozone. The motor however seems to be glitchy. When it was working for the less than 24 hours it was in use, it ran well and quiet. Drove to work after installing, put the window up. When I left work the window would not go down. No noise or anything. Checked for power and the motor is getting juice and the switch is working fine. Its just a defective unit ultimately. No contact info for the seller and seems to be a known issue that is being ignored by them.

Great quality, easy install

The window regulator motor on the unit I received does not work correctly. Details are as follows..... My son lives 150 miles away, and owns a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LT. He had told me that his driver-side window would no longer go up and down, and that he had used painters tape to temporarily keep it in the upright position. He was coming for a 5-day visit, so I ordered this window regulator replacement. We did the installation on the day he arrived......the brackets which clamp onto the window had broken on his original window regulator. The installation was very straight forward......we tested everything.....reinstalled the door panel, and thought we were done. He took it out for a short drive.....came back, and reported that the window no longer worked. Sure enough.....there was no movement when pushing the switch.....not even a "click" sound from the window regulator motor in the driver's door. (It seemed to have lost its electrical connection.....) All the other windows worked correctly. I took the door panel off again......unplugged and replugged the electrical housing from the window regulator motor.....and everything was once again working correctly. The following morning, we had the same experience.....driver's window not working. Once again, I unplugged and replugged the electrical housing on the window regulator motor, and everything worked. Later that afternoon, we had the same experience......driver's window not working. Given that my son was traveling back home in a couple of days, I decided that I would swap the motor on the new window regulator with the motor from the old (original) window regulator. After doing this, everything works......and has continued to work. So, I'm now convinced that there was some sort of electrical defect in the window regulator motor that was contained in this product that I received from Amazon...... I'm sharing all of this just so someone else might be able to benefit from the problem-solving work that I had to do with this product.......

Great product and easy to install overall. The rubber grippers that hold the window we’re thin and a little flimsy so one tore as I was trying to align the window. I was able to replace it with a piece from the old regulator. Other than that it was a great product!

Don't purchase this item! Yeah the regulator fit and the motor connection fit but the motor didn't work. It has some electrical issue internally causing it to only work when the car is in acc mode. Once you crank the car it loses all power. I know it's the motor because I hooked my old one back up and tried it with the car running and in acc mode, worked as it should! They should atleast send a replacement motor or reimburse what I paid since I'm still in the same predicament I was before I bought the worthless thing.

Price was great. Very vague on details which vehicles it fits , need better pictures features
