It turned out to be great! I was worried after seeing so many mixed reviews. I tested out the machine - it was balanced. I melted our chocolate in a crock pot and made 2-3 pounds with 1 cup of oil while melting. I turned on the heat for 3 mins, poured the chocolate in the base and turned on motor, it worked perfectly! The motor is a tad loud but with the music and people talking you couldn’t even hear it. Everyone loved it, chocolate tasted great and it was a success!! Make sure to put a plate or something in front of the fountain - people/children were spilling it - you can see it in the pics.

This was the hit of Easter desserts. Very simple to use and worked wonderfully. I purchased the good Belgian chocolate that was fountain ready and did not need oil to be added. Can’t wait to use it again.

I had such high hopes for these! So much so that I ordered two for our event. I followed every instruction precisely and they did not heat as they were supposed to. The chocolate hardened and made such a mess! Super disappointing. Not sure if it's a quality control issue or what but if they would have heated(yes, we preheated and everything) it would have been great. Guests complained and we had a disaster of a mess to clean up. Definitely returning. Pros: nice idea and size(a little small so we got two) Cons: Value for money, no heat so super thick and clumpy chocolate, overall such a bummer

I was excited to use this fountain for my super bowl party. I was serving TexMex food and decided to have a nacho cheese fountain. The presentation value can't be beat. The fountain stands up at least 24 ", and has a cute vintage look. However! It's not going to work very well unless the texture of your cheese or chocolate or ranch dressing, etc. isn't perfect. I did not prepare my own cheese sauce, and I don't recommend it. I bought a number 10 can of nacho cheese from the wholesale aisle as recommended in an online video. That cheese has its own fluidity, and has preservatives to keep it from drying and clumping. But it was still too thick. The instructions advise you to turn the machine on for 4 minutes before you add your ingredients. That gets the bottom plate quite hot. But the cheese or chocolate you use also has to be heated to at least 100 degrees before you pour it in. Having microwaved the cheese in a separate bowl, I brought it to a temperature that read 100 degrees on the probe thermometer. So now I think I am ready to go. So then chatted with my guests and expected to see flowing cheese shortly after. The auger in the center is supposed to bring the cheese up to the top of the fountain and then flow over. Plan on monitoring your fountain during the party. I had to add quite a bit of hot water and stir it around on the bottom level to create the right fluidity. Eventually it worked, and my guests got a kick out of it. But it was not ideal. It was not difficult to clean, if you don't mind using a little extra care. You must be careful not to immerse the base or get water into the motor cavity. It came apart relatively easily, and was easy enough to put in storage in the original box.

The design is so pretty. It’s so convenient to use. It’s slightly noisy but for the price, it doesnt even matter to me. My friends loved this as well as my family. Great value for the price. I used almost 4 bags of ghirardelli chocolate and it lasted for hours

This was a fun centerpiece for my Halloween snack table. Sadly, the fun didn’t last for too long because the chocolate doesn’t stay heated long enough to continue flowing smoothly. It was relatively easy to set up, but the functionality isn’t too practical if you want more than just a picture/video and 5 minutes of use. Was also not fun to clean up, although leaving it to soak for a couple days definitely helped.

I came here to write a review about how horrible the product is. Then I saw photos and I realized I had installed the fountain parts upside down. The pieces are like umbrellas, not like cups. I took the fountain apart and reassembled correctly and now I love the fountain. It works great.

I got this fountain 5 years ago for my babyshower , super easy to clean and put away ! I use this chocolate fountain every year for my kid’s birthday parties.

Misleading. It's 110v, not 220v which means u should get a power adapter

We bought this for my baby shower and future events when they come up. A little loud but easily drowned out in a larger room with more ambient noise. The pieces were easy to take apart and clean. The most important part is that you MUST mix the chocolate chips with vegetable oil (I used coconut) in the ratio recommended (3/4c oil to 2lbs chocolate). We left it running for hours with no issues.

This item comes from the USA and it dangerously the incorrect voltage to use in UK and Europe!

Encantada com a máquina, porém quando liguei ela começou a fumaçar! E não ligou mais. Minha voltagem é 220 e eu coloquei o transformador para ligar ela e mesmo assim na funcionou
