Worked great on Aeroflot international flight
I purchased this product for upcoming international flights. Our flights were from NY to Moscow and back using Russian Airlines (Aeroflot) on Boeing 777-300ER. Everything worked great even though on the way in it didn't work properly. But after testing the airline provided ear plugs it turned out the seat I was in had malfunctioning equipment where only one ear was working. On the way back no such problem. The quality of the product looks and feels great. As for the noise cancellation, it's hard to tell. It's not worse than airline provided ear plugs for sure. Totally worth the price for 2 pieces set! One of the best investments for a long trip - the ability to use your own comfortable headphones! Of course if the airline you are using doesn't have double plug, you don't need it.

This product worked well on our Lufthansa aircraft. but one of the units broke apart on the first use. I was able to snap the broken unit back together and it was still useable.

Bought these for international flight
These worked well on a domestic flight, but did. It fit in the 787 international route. Make sure you have the right adapter for the flights your on.

Works as intended with no quality issues, materials or sound-wise.
We travel regularly and use Bose noise cancelling headphones while on planes. These adapters allow the full sound experience available via plane systems. I've tried them in economy and business seats and the sound quality is as good as if you use the supplied hardware from the airline. The materials are good quality and reliable.

Great for what they are
Definitely becoming more obsolete as the airlines catch up with the times. Was great for a Delta 1 flight that used this connector. We were able to use our sound cancelling headphones with this adapter.
