As a bedside nurse who always had cute feet, eased past menopause into my mid 50s and one day looked down and was horrifies to see the kind of yellow flaky spotty nails I see on my patients. Getting old is so gross. Omg! I read reviews diligently and chose this one. This is easy to apply goes on smopth doesnt burn and yes it does work but you have to do it consistently at least once a day after shower is good. Was doing it sporadically and it kinda worked but then I got serious. Dry feet well after shower, apply several layers on toenails dont forget the top and underneath. Let them dry. Only then apply a cream over it then the socks. Also helpful to use an antifungal POWDER in between toes and in the sock. Dont rewear your socks wear clean dry ones. And dont forget to sprinkle your shoes with antifungal powder and clean your shower with bleach. Edited to say it is also helpful to cut your thick yellow toenails as short as possible and take a very fine buffing nail brick and file down the nails before you apply the treatment. Disinfect your clippers and nail files with alcohol after. Also bought tea tree shampoo and soap to add to the whole thing. Every day! Bad news is it takes months so make this a part of your day like brushing teeth or showering. I refuse to have old lady fungus nails

This product took my nails from thick and discolored to clear and thin. Very very satisfied with the results.

My feet are sickening and if you saw them you would damn near vomit. This stuff made them look better, but did not cure anything.

Bought a two pack on Feb 8, 2026. I'm not sure if my tiny toes picked up a fungus in my college days or if I severely damaged them from years of wearing ill-fitting shoes, given the fact that my toes curl under (probably both), but I finally decided to do something about it. I'm not the best at remembering to apply it twice a day. Most days I only apply in the evening. About a month later, I actually have full toenails again. It's definitely working. *pics are a combo of: after a fresh buffing, and after a treatment **scaly area is new nail growth instead of a tough, skin-like nail

The pen-style applicator is very convenient and easy to use. It makes it simple to apply the product directly to the nail without making a mess. I also like that it dries quickly and doesn’t feel greasy. However, in terms of effectiveness I didn’t notice a significant improvement after using it for a while. It may work better with longer or more consistent use, but the results for me were fairly limited. Overall it’s a convenient product, but the effectiveness could be better.

I have only been using now for two days. When I first got the the pack I soaked my feet for 15-20 as directed and I used that opportunity to exfoliate my heels, and after I applied the foot balm and started using the nail repair pen. Even though it has only been two days, I have noticed with the foot balm my cracked heels are looking much better and softer and my toe nails actually look clearer than they were. The reason I purchased this was mainly because both of my big toe nails were thick and brittle, and somewhat yellow, and I have definitely noticed a difference.

Horrible product! Made my cuticles burn and bleed! The burning lasted for days even though I washed it off. I had bleeding under my nail as well from this junk. I may send the unused to the government for testing. Something is very wrong with this. I missed the return date...

It is best to apply this just after a shower for an effective result along with cutting the nails down and in pieces with a strong toenail cutter that I did a review on recently. The nails are clearing up using this process and I'll be ordering another set of these pens soon.
