SO pleased with the quality and performance of this sprinkler. I have a large yard, and it provides great coverage. Extremely easy to adjust, even when the sprinkler is on. And where has the quick-connect feature been all my life? Very simple to disconnect and reconnect to faucets in different parts of the yard and also to use various watering devices. I ordered a Melnor hose end sprayer as well as this sprinkler, and I can switch easily from one to the other. Highly recommend!

Had a similar sprinkler in 90’s and decided to buy based on my old experience. This is a high quality ALL METAL sprinkler and even the sprinkler heads are solid brass. Provides a very wide and even spray, for gardens or lawns. Should last for years if taken care of and NOT left outside during cold winter months. I would highly recommend this sprinkler to any homeowners. You cannot go wrong with this purchase from Amazon!

FINALLY! After 4 other sprinklers, this one (1-way adjustable metal) works with my low-ish water pressure. I had a melnor before, one that looks the same but is plastic, and it got clogged with sand over the years with small children stepping on it, etc. I tried other ones, but came back to the Melnor. I tried the two-way adjustable metal one and it did NOT WORK with my lower water pressure. There’s something about this particular 1-way model by melnor (other similar, basic-looking sprinklers didn’t work either!) that works like a charm. I’m so happy it’s metal too!!!

The number and quality of spray nozzles are great! They let me apply water slowly and evenly. The reason for the 4 is my fear as to the longevity of the plastic adjustment tabs. The design seems to put very little stress on the detents, but they are also plastic and small. I would buy another because its base and weight are great when placing the sprinkler where I want it, and is working so well, so far.

I have a Melnore for both my front and my back yards so as to avoid changing sprinklers. After using various brands over the years; I've found that Melnore is the best made and the longest lasting sprinkler I've had, and the the one time I had to do a warranty return, their cust svc was very friendly and easy to work with.

Covers a large area and is very durable

I've ordered two of these and both have had problems related to the articulation of the spray arm. One sprinkler wouldn't articulate past the 1:00 position in one direction, regardless of how you adjusted the plastic yellow stops. In opposite direction it would travel past the 9:00 position (parallel to the ground) and spray directly into the ground. One of the yellow adjustable plastic stops on the other sprinkler didn't work at all. The arm would get to that position and continue past it. You could literally watch the sprinkler arm his the intended stop position and push the stop beyond where it was set. The sprinkler arm would then travel all the way to the end of its range of motion. Typical cheaply made Chinese-made junk. Totally unreliable.

Works great. I especially like the quick connect that came with it. I ended up buying and installing them to all of my hose connections.

You can buy one for a lots less but you'll be doing this every season. I replaced my 25 years old Melnor with this New top quality Melnor. Cheap people always pay twice. Not me. All in the first time around. Probably my second and last Melnor.

Bought two of these to water our newly sodded lawn. Wanted something durable that would last me many years and provide ease of use. These things are great. Not too heavy, but solid metal. Easily adjustable to get the coverage pattern you need. Easy to attach to a hose. Very pleased with them so far (2 weeks of use). Would definitely buy these again.

At half price, this sprinkler was a steal.

Without a doubt the finest garden sprinkler I’ve ever owned. It has so many features, making ideal for watering many times of gardens and lawns. Well worth the money which isn’t all that much seeing the quality of speinkler your getting.

Bought this because it had a lot of good reviews. Used this sprinkler to water my lawn. It worked great for about a week, but has developed a bad leak.
