BEST prenatal multivitamin!! Had to switch to this because the prenatal I had bought was sooo stinky and repulsive and required three capsules per dose. So then I went to gummy vitamins for my first trimester when I had a sensitive stomach, but those lack the complete vitamin profile. So I switched to these and love them! One capsule and NO smell. I take some additional supplements with it based on ACOG recommendations- calcium-magnesium, Prenatal DHA, and choline.

I've done A LOT of research on prenatal vitamins, the amounts of each ingredient we need/baby needs, and THIS prenatal vitamin fits the bill perfectly. So perfectly that I will continue taking them as a general multivitamin probably forever! All clean ingredients in one small pill is a dream for me, someone who hates taking pills and medications. Daily I take one of these along with Vital Nutrients Magnesium (Glycinate & Malate mix) for better sleep, Nexium 1-a-day clear minis for heartburn as recommended by my doctor, 1 baby aspirin also recommended by my doctor, and the ORLO algae oil supplement in place of fish oil capsules because theres no way I'm gonna have those miserable fish burps. This routine has kept me confident and healthy throughout this pregnancy! I do my research so well that even my doctors are impressed lol

These gummies didn’t taste the best to me but the benefits are worth me continuing to take them. Doesn’t upset my baby stomach or mines

When I found out my son had a soy allergy while I was breastfeeding I began learning about how many things have soy in it. Even my old prenatal pills I used had soy in the capsule so I had to switch. The ingredients in these are much better. Easy to swallow no bad taste or smell

When I first started using these, I didn’t notice I begun experiencing headaches. It is to be expected especially when you’re trying anything new including medicine such as supplements and vitamins. Aside from that, I do feel the onset of benefits as far as the vitamin intake goes. It has a great quantity to last for a month and a week or so of supply. The bottle, aside from being very cute and earthy aesthetic, does a great job of keeping the quality of the vitamins fresh. It does have a slightly odd smell to it but nothing deterring. Paired with the daily intake of water, this does a great job with helping going to the bathroom on a regular.

Was hesitant as I used prescription grade prenatals and they made me sick. These were wasy to swallow and did not make me sick. I literally tell all my pregnant friends about them.
