I was looking at the Bell Bullitt for a retro helmet, and came across this Viper in complementary colours to my KH500, so ordered the Viper and Bell from a well known motorcycle kit retailer to compare. Yes, paying an extra £200 does give you a slight edge on quality of Visor fittings perhaps and perhaps the head shell finish, but there again one is gloss and the other Matt, but overall it seems comparable, the burgundy leather and suede is soft and comfortable, the D rings are good quality and the fit is perfect and snug which wasn’t the case when I tried the Bell, so decided on the Viper. Added Kawasaki period style decals to complete the look! 5 stars at the moment, I will add to the review when it’s warm enough to wear it!!

Delivered promptly. Looks great. Perfect fit for me - 62cms = XL and very comfortable. My rides have been mostly urban but no noticeable wind noise or discomfort. Standard D ring strap. Only negative is that the visor seems a bit flimsy

This helmet is fantastic. All the correct ec ratings and super light. I'm a medium and a medium in this helmet is a perfect fit. A great cheaper equivalent to the Bell Bullet helmet. Great visibility all around and a fantastic retro look. In my opinion would suit any style of bike.

I bought this for my CBT test yesterday. Unfortunately I managed to drop it (from about less than waist height) when undoing my belt after the test. Whilst waiting for the certificate I noticed the shell had fractured. The instructor passed comment as to how has it managed to get its safety rating. It wasn’t that cheap, but what is the cost of not protecting your head properly?

This helmet is comfortable, has a wide view range and looks amazing, however after just a couple of months use its falling appart. Metal studs are rusting, the inside stitching has come undone, the rubber along the bottom is coming away from the helmet and the inside faceplate now moves asif glue has unstuck. Looks amazing but It hides poor build quality.

A fantastic fit (medium) and with a slight modification, a thin strip of felt around the visor trim to block air, I couldn't be happier.

Dieser Helm gefällt mir sehr gut und ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut! Er ist toll verarbeitet und macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Leider steht in der Beschreibung "Leder-Interieur", dies stimmt so nicht. Es ist Kunstleder! Ich habe vier Wochen auf den Helm warten müssen. Es lag aber nicht am Verkäufer, sondern an UPS. Selbst UPS konnte mir zwischendurch nicht sagen, wo der Helm war. Aber auch nach der langen Wartezeit, würde ich mir den Helm erneut kaufen. Er trägt sich sehr angenehm und passt super zu meinem Motorrad.

joli casque homologué typé 70's , peinture avec des reflet magnifiques, livré sans autocollants réfléchissants (je conseille de mettre du noir découpé en damier, c'est plus discret) , on regrettera le système de visière sans crans ce qui fait qu'on a le choix entre ouvert et fermé, et le système de verrouillage de cette même visière (aimant à droite et à gauche) , qui nécessite la présence des deux main pour la relever en roulant !. si vous mettez un intercalaire pour empêcher sa fermeture complète, celle ci vibre (d'ou le verrouillage aimanté). hors c'est nécessaire pour limiter la buée, car la ventilation intérieure est insuffisante. bref beau casque pour petit parcours en ville, mais pas pour les longues balade
