Fantastic replacement for your old key. The row of buttons fell out of my original key, thought about going to a specialist at around £190 but thought i would give this one a try for under a tenner, what a wise decision i made, very easy to change the components over, clipped it back together and works as good as new. This Audi 3 car key fob case shell is rally good and it looks same as my original key fob. I am very pleased with it. It feels like original key fob and perform very well. It has replaced my original key and got a brand new key at very competitive price. Be careful when you transferring inner electronic board and sensor as they can be damaged easily. But, the process is very simple as long as you take time and do it with care.

My old keyfob buttons were faulty,so to save messing about bought this item to replace.Stripped old keyfob down swapped over all components to save key cutting and programming.Reassembled into new fob and worked straight away.One tip if doing it this way use a dab of glue to hold chip in place and be careful with clockspring for key flicking out.

Bought this to replace my rough looking fob. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality. The positivity soon disappeared once the fobs were opened. It looks nothing like the original and the internals from my original will not line up. The battery terminals are totally different. Rather than damage my fob circuit board trying I repackaged the item and returned it for a refund. For reference my car is a Audi A3 8V 2015
