EDITED TO ADD: I reordered the spicy marg mix plus the habanero honey rimmer and strawberry mix. I only received the strawberry mix and rimmer, and it arrived almost a week late. I’ve emailed the company about the missing spicy marg mix. I will keep you posted on the customer service I receive. This was a $50 purchase and I’m missing $20 worth of product. 😞😞😞 I looooooove margaritas … especially spicy ones! Most margarita mixers are insanely sweet and fake-y tasting. This has the perfect balance of heat and other ingredients. It definitely costs more than those grocery store mixers, but quality is worth it.

Best Margarita mix I’ve ever bought! It’s spicy, but not enough to burn your lips off… has a nice balance and following the recipe on the bottle I made one of the best at home margaritas I’ve ever made (and I’ve had plenty experience). Will definitely buy again!

It was good. Not sure if it’s the taste of key limes or not but it still had an artificial taste. Nothing like fresh squeeze limes. Once you added the tequila(reposado for me) and rimed the glass with tajin, it was a good palatable margarita. I was surprised at the kick you get from the jalapeño, which I thoroughly. Sometimes with fresh jalapeños you get a hit or miss if they are too spicy or not spicy enough. Would I order it again? Not positive, I may try others out there first.

The right idea, but this is too spicy without much Jalapeño flavor, so just the burn without the flavor. Better to add juice from jars of Jalapeños to regular margarita mix. However, I found it works very well mixing it about half and half with "Craftmix Skinny Margarita" sugarless mix, so not so burning hot, and half the sugar, and turns out to be very good flavor combinatoion; much better than the Craftmix sugarless or Lava alone.

I don’t write reviews frequently but thought my experience here was worth describing. First of all, the mix is excellent and easy. I love Jalapeño margaritas and had tried to duplicate some that I has enjoyed before using jalapeño infused tequilas and syrups. This mix is better than anything I had tried and is incredibly easy to make. Tastes great with a good tequila blanco. After finishing the single bottle I ordered, I ordered a three-pack to get through the summer. Unfortunately, one of the bottles came broken. I emailed LAVA through Amazon and got a very quick response from their customer service offering to replace the lost bottle. The mix is amazing and I had great customer service. I’ll be ordering again and trying some of their other mixers.

Lots for flavor but not too spicy. Good balance of sweet and heat. The best jalapeno margarita mixer I have found. I will be trying more of their products.
