Once in the field, mix dry contents, add .5 cups of water to bag, squish back around until wet, boil for 8 minutes and voila! A cheesy vegetable egg scramble. I'll note that the Augason Shredded Colby Jack actually melts in this preparation, which is great and you can use the water boiled for your instant coffee! As for value, as of 2-15-22, the cost for a can of eggs is $33/can, which is 72 servings per the label. Per my recipe, you'll get about 20-22 servings, which makes it a bit more than $1 a serving which I think is a reasonable price given the quality of the product and its intended use for the field. A five star purchase!

I don't eat eggs often enough to buy a dozen, and I'm homebound, so I need groceries to be delivered. The flavor and texture are good for my scrambled eggs. I increased the water added by a small amount because I like my scrambled eggs to be light and delicate. I season with salt, pepper, and salsa or barbecue sauce. I will try adding cheese in the future. This product is shelf-stable and a good value for me.

Purchased a few of these over the past year. Most came in great condition. But this is the second can damaged. For long term storage, set and forget I wouldn’t want the can like this

I like this egg powder as I don't buy eggs at the store. The eggs are whole eggs and can be used for baking also. I like the taste and it is easy to use. It measures at a one to one ratio of eggs and water and the eggs are scrambled of course. The can was fresh and if kept sealed it has a long shelf life. I have purchased powdered eggs many times and would recommend.

Don't use this to make just scrambled eggs unless you are desperate. They taste not great. I have used this in a number of recipes and those all turned out great! This is a great egg substitute for cooking.

We don't really hmm, put these away to save for later, like most people. When they arrive, we consume them until they're gone. Seems to be cheaper this way. Then buying from the store. Taste is awesome, have never had any dented, cans.I'd like some complain about. Biscuit mix, potato shreds, creamy wheat cereal, and the scrambled eggs are what we mostly order And we at least have them every weekend. We really do like them a lot.And I definitely recommend them

配送されてきて相変わらず大きすぎる箱に紙をまるめた緩衝材らしきもの。タイトル通り段ボール箱にヘコミもないのに缶詰にはヘコミがありラベルは破れている。白いフタをめくると白い粉。中身が漏れているように見えたが漏れは無いようだった。 長期保存の缶詰にヘコミやラベルの破れがある時点で不良品なのがわからないのか気分が悪い。しかも賞味期限を貼りつけたシールがあやしさしかない。 手間はかかるがすぐに返品できたのが唯一の救い。
