This B-100 complex is literally everything you could want in a B supplement. It's 100 mg of every one of the B vitamin group, in a softgel that's easy to swallow. I have a family member with special nutritional needs and B is very important. I spent literally hours researching all the B options available and intensively comparing labels. These Solaray B's are simply the best over all the competition. If you're looking for a second choice (that's even more affordable), the NOW brand has an almost equally good brand of B-100's. You would do fine with either. It's really a question of which is the more affordable at the moment, free shipping, combining orders with other vitamins, etc. You can't go wrong with either Solaray or NOW brand (and not just in B's, they are each equally good companies with high quality products). B is a very important (and largely underestimated) contributor to mood, mental health and neurological health. Anyone experiencing neuropathy, nerve injury or other concerns should look at increasing their B intake. The body cannot 'store' B because it's water soluble, so it's all the more important to keep your B levels up.
