Microsoft Surface Pro 7 12.3in Touchscreen i7-1065G7 16GB RAM 256GB SSD (Renewed)

Been using this to run my office software over a year. Absolutely no issues, but did have to purchase professional windows subscription, separately, to work with existing network. Nice to be able to lock away my entire office software due to the portability of this tablet. It is kept plugged in constantly, so can't comment on battery life. Will buy another to replace this one when necessary, great value for the price, especially if a prime day deal. Added a docking station to use multiple monitors and other peripherals.

The battery life of the product is very low it goes up to 1.5 h not more. i was about to return it and ask for a refund but i was out of town for three weeks and i had no time to check it out. on top of that i bought a ton of accessories to make it work.

I use this for drawing on-the-go. At home, I have a much heavier pen display as a secondary monitor in a 3-screen setup. This tablet is nowhere near as good as that... but it works well for a mobile device. I bought an aftermarket pen from Renaisser to get a better pen for it. The pen works well with Adobe and Serif products but does not work with Krita. I've had 2 months to fix Krita and could not figure it out. This tablet is good for drawing, but it gets a lot better in general once you add a type cover. If you don't get a type cover for it, you will have a bad time, because it relies on the type cover for a lot of features. The type cover also helps protect the screen. I would recommend the Pro 7 model as a good Windows 10 device, but it is a little dated. You have to be OK with some qwerks, like the pen has to go on the outside of the tablet, not in the type cover. The default pen also doesn't work well... but the Renaisser pen works quite well. Overall, it's worth the money saved to go to the older model in my opinion. That's an opinion, though, and you have to make up your own mind about that.

Unfortunately the USB port is nonfunctional on this device. It may not apply to all units, but certainly is defective on mine. Have tried several USB devices, rebooted, used diagnostic toolkit, and updated drivers and firmware. No luck. Amazon will not honor a replacement due to me buying it from a non-Amazon seller through Amazon's platform, which is RIDICULOUSLY SCUMMY. They even 'hung up' on me in the chat function. I guess they wash their hands of all responsibility for the products on their platform. UPDATE 8/5/24: In the interim, I contacted Amazon customer support and was misled by someone claiming a managerial role. I was told "As your item is from the seller’s inventory, I am unable to issue a replacement." I contacted the seller who stated the order was fulfilled by Amazon, so they didn't have any way to assist me. I contacted Amazon customer support once again today. I asked for clarity on why I could not get a replacement for the defective unit. They refused to answer me honestly or at all, and 'hung up' on me in the chat. Currently my only option appears to be returning the unit and buying an exact replica for $150 more, now that Prime Day Sales are over. I do suspect the price difference is the reason why I was not offered a replacement.

For a renewed product I was betting it all that the quality wouldn't be dropped, but I was VERY surprised. It was indistinguishable from a completely new Surface, although the packing peanuts for shipping was somewhat questionable. Regardless, for the last week the surface has been an amazing device that blends the intuitiveness of a tablet, with the full desktop experience. Some features like switching to tablet mode by folding back the keyboard (not included) were discovered by complete guess and not by research. The stand is great, and the entire product is very durable. The battery life surpassed my expectations for the power it brings, with around 6 hours at a constant of 60% memory/cpu usage. A must-buy for artists with how responsive the pen is, especially when paired with a paperlike screen protector. Works seamlessly with Clip Studio Paint. The color range is superb. GREAT. PRODUCT. BUY IT!

Best item i have purchased in a long time!! This tablet is amazing!

Amazon tells customers to make sure they product descriptions in their entirety. This one says that in the box are a type cover and pen. Neither were in the box. I contacted both the seller and Amazon and have not received an explanation or resolution. In regards to the tablet, it seems to work fine. I have added Photoshop and Illustrator. The pen I had to purchase that did NOT come with the tablet, is working fine. I haven't had it long enough to check battery life for too long. However, I had it on two days ago and used it unplugged for a little while. The battery is at the same level as it was when I turned it off. So far, so good. However, I might have looked elsewhere if I knew the price did not include the type cover or pen. As I had to purchase each separately and am still waiting for my cover to arrive from a different vendor.

Considero que está bien en muchos aspectos, no me ha fallado y llevo ya un mes usándola todos los días, a lo mejor el único punto malo es la batería, no dura días, pero si una jornada. Respecto a la estética, como se puede observar en las fotos, siento que si se puede notar un poco, de igual manera para mí eso es lo mínimo, me importaba más el estado de la pantalla, la cual está en perfectas condiciones. No me arrepiento en absoluto de haberla comprado. Pd: le instalé Matlab (programa de simulación) y lo corre perfectamente sin ningún problema al mismo tiempo que tengo abiertas otras aplicaciones.

Yo la uso para tebajar y es muy buena, muy ágil y con mucha capacidad
