I am absolutely amazed by this product and cannot recommend it enough. Amazing quality and value for money, good packaging, easy to swallow pills and high strength for sure! I looked everywhere for the cause of my issues with sleep - no matter how long I slept, I would still wake up feeling tired. The sleeping app on my watch was constantly showing very low deep sleep time during night, so I done some research and realised, that I must be deficient in magnesium (also experienced calf cramps in the evenings). This supplement has the highest magnesium dosage I found on Amazon, so I decided to give it a go and I’m so glad that I did! It truly is a game changer. From the very first night I sleep great, my deep sleep is around 2 hours doesn’t matter how long I slept that night, so I wake up feeling great even after 6 hours of sleep. I can exercise in the morning - had huge issue with it before, as I was constantly feeling tired after getting up. I am still amazed by the results and will definitely keep buying this supplement, it literally changed my life.

I don’t often review supplements as I don’t often feel there’s been a significant change... but I really wanted to give my feedback on these, as someone who suffers badly with fatigue (but never being diagnosed with anything!) Sorry for long review, but feel it’s important for anyone suffering with the same! Recently my fatigue has taken a turn for the worse, with being stuck in, home schooling, bad wether etc. I started taking magnesium a few weeks back, can’t say I saw any effect from them. However, I then purchased these a week ago and can honestly say I have just been doing so much more, without even realising! The fatigue isn’t fully gone, my head still feels a bit foggy, but the important fact is I’m getting things done with ease that seemed such a chore before! I’d been putting off moving my sons room around for weeks, yesterday I just got on and did it, on top of a lot of hoovering, cleaning, cooking and more. This may seem like just normal stuff to most people, but this is honestly a huge difference for me, and the only difference has been taking these over the last few days, so I would assume they’re helping!

I’ve been taking one tablet a day for the past month. I noticed a difference in my sleep almost three days after taking them, I was falling asleep quicker and stayed asleep throughout the night. No more waking up and tossing and turning! But a couple weeks in, I was feeling extremely sleepy mid afternoon too, to the point where I could fall asleep sitting up! No amount of caffeine or exercise or taking tablets at different times of the day would push that mid afternoon sleep away. I forgot to take these tablets for about two days and I ended up not being so sleepy in the day time. So I think I will have to work out a routine of taking these tablets perhaps every other day or so in order to still benefit from the good night sleep! I have also noticed my nails are like iron! They’re super strong and grow extremely fast! Haven’t noticed any difference in hair growth though unfortunately. It’s just about working out what dosage works best for each person, but can say for sure you do get fast results!

After wondering whether I would benefit from supplementing magnesium for some time, I finally decided to take the plunge and try it. I’m very happy I did! The pills come in a nice bottle with a metal lid and are a standard size so swallowing them is easy - I don’t even need water, though it is recommended. Taking these post-workout has definitely helped with muscle soreness and recovery. Additionally after taking these for a few days I’ve found I’m much less likely to experience cramping during a workout. I’ve also tried taking them 30 minutes before bed and seem to have found that I am able to fall asleep much quicker due to my whole body feeling more relaxed. Highly recommend!

I've been using this product continuously now for 2 months. I take 2 capsules, 1 in the morning with my breakfast along with my prescription Vitamin D3 as that needs magnesium to be absorbed efficiently. I take my 2nd dose about 1.5 hours before bed. It took a fair time for me to find a magnesium supplement that suited me, as I wanted both glycinate (aka bisglycinate) and citrate as one helps with muscle cramps and the other improves sleep. I tried taking 2 at night to begin with but found that there is enough elemental magnesium for me in 2 capsules. My night time cramps in my feet and calves are very rare now. This also helps enormously with back and rib muscle spasms I developed last year following an accident. I still get them occasionally but they are much more manageable. My rheumatologist agrees with me taking them and said a lot of his patients take it with good results. I have also found my migraines have lessened both in severity and frequency. This bottle contains 120 capsules and taking 2 a day means it lasts 2 months. It also contains Vitamins B5, B6 and C. The capsule is smallish and easy to swallow and it's easily absorbed so no funny tummy on this brand.

Actually bought it for someone else but they weren't using it so started using it myself. The biggest impact I have noticed is to my sleep quality. It hasn't changed my quantity of sleep much but I now wake up feeling well rested with roughly the same amount of sleep. And I have tried a week using it and a week without and for me there is a definite difference. I highly recommend.

I normally take all kinds of supplements and foods but never get an upset stomach but this one gave me a slight upset stomach!
