Nice Shades Combo Pack Suspenders & Bow Ties Red

My daughter dressed as the Doctor (I don't know which number wears this- but that one) and went to the 50th movie anniversary at the theater. We got a plaid men's jacket at a thrift store, and she wore these and borrowed a fez from a friend. Worked fantastic and now they live on a stuffed animal until the next time they are called into service!

We originally bought this for a Doctor Who costume but my son absolutely LOVES this set and wears it every time he has to dress in nice clothes. The bow tie is great but the suspenders are a little subpar. The hooks have fallen off several times. I can re-attach them easily enough, but it's a little bit annoying to have to do it so often.

This worked great for my sons Halloween costume. The clasp quality is cheap, so it could never stand up to daily wear or rough wear. But who wears a red bow tie and suspenders every day? I had to take a pair of pliers and bend the clasps in so they wouldn't fall apart. Once I did that they seemed to be more sturdy.

adjusting it in a little bit of a pain in the ass, but after figuring out that the clamp underneath kept catching on the fabric of the suspenders, it works better.

If you are looking for a quick product, this might fit your needs, however, it is very cheap. The elastic stretches and pulls very easy and the clasps broke the first time I tried to put it on but was able to make it work for one night. The bow tie was in good shape however and found that to work well. I would look for other suspenders though if that is your main purchase here. Also, the suspenders are very small. I had to lengthen them all the way out and I am not even over 6'.

Product is great value and quality. Actually for the price I expected the product to be cheaper made. But, it is a good quality productand a great price/value.

We purchased these for the Ushers at our fundraiser gala (that happened to be on Valentine's Day). Was an inexpensive way to have the Ushers stand out, and did not look cheap at all. Fit a bigger guy and an average guy just fine.

These were perfect for my boyfriend--who went as Dr. Who. He didn't have to put a lot of effort into it but looked great. I'm trying to convince him that suspenders are a thing now but so far I'm not winning that battle. At least I got to see it for Halloween!
