I bought this to help with the very mild edema in my ankle areas and to assist with my digestion. I have been losing weight and still retaining water even with drinking at least 40 oz ofwayer a day. Within a week of taking this daily, I barely notice the swelling anymore. My weight loss rate was much higher this week than any in the last 100 weeks or so. I'm not waking up with a really dry mouth anymore. I chose this particular brand because it has a mild dose of the supplements. I've had zero negative side-effects like I did with the heavier doses of potassium and magnesium. Very fair price for the product.

I have taken these every day for years - I get serious charlie horse cramps in my legs and feet, but if I take this supplement they are definitely kept at bay (I still get cramps if I'm very dehydrated). I have zero side effects only good effects for cramps! Biggish pill, but not too tough. Capsule, so taste is not an issue.

Its hard to find a supplement with both Potassium and Magnesium. This product is excellent. I order it from Amazon because they are usually out of stock at the local GNC.
