WOW! Smooth, clean, and refreshing.
I think this is what quality EVOO is supposed to taste like, and I've been getting ripped off by supermarket oils my whole life. The smoothness of this bottle is amazing. It's so refreshing and clean. I'm no oil connoisseur but fear I'll be digging a little deeper for high quality EVOO more often. I gifted this to myself, and I'm worth it.

This is my second bottle of ROI Ligurian Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You have to taste it to believe the difference. I use it sparinly and it adds to each dish/recipe a special touch. Worth the price.
