Using it after I had done my smoothening.
Was using serie expert but since it's too costly switched to pantene, I should tell you I have used many shampoo and conditioners, no shampoo has ever made my hair this soft. I do not have to worry about my hair anymore after I have showered. It's actually Really good, shocking. Hair loss has decreased, no dandruff or oily hair. Try it, you won't regret it.

Its very thick and I found when I applied directly it actually caused hairfall. I started adding water in it before applying. Since then it's good. On its own it cant stop hair fall, I had to do several other things.
