Works with consistent use
It came on time. I started taking them for a week and already started feeling better. The pain in my hands that I normally feel started occurring less and less. Just need to ensure you are consistent with it

Glucosamine Chondroitin at budget friendly prices
I like the price and efficiency of Nature's brand. I'm not a scientist, but as I'm aging I want to do anything I can to prevent joint problems.
