Magicmend Schedule 40 3 in. Slip PVC Insider Connector

I needed to connect 3" PVC pipe and could not find these at any big box hardware store in my area. This is a quality product from a known OEM, no issues at all. Arrived quick and did the job I needed it to do. Recommend.

Intensely splice. Tight fit. Had to hand sand a little to get it to slide on. Probably didn't really need to do it because the glue will help it slide on, but I like to almost dry fit tricky plumbing before cutting. It's what I needed to live to a pipe that was broken off at the surface of a slab.

This is a quality piece in every way. It fit perfectly into solid sch. 40 but was tight going into the piece of foam core I found in the yard. In the end it worked, an I'm sure the tight fit was entirely due to my crappy scrap piece, and not the coupler. These can be very handy in a pinch.

This unit fits available pipe and is a great value.

Did not receive the part from the photo. I thought I was buying an inner coupling (fits inside two 3-inch pvc pipes), but I got a 3-inch extender (one side fits in a 3-inch pipe, the other side is the same outer diameter as a 3-inch pipe). Fortunately, this is what I wanted in this case, but is still not what the product photos show. Additionally, the fitting is slightly too large, and won't fit inside a 3-inch pipe without sanding.

Needed to sleeve some 3" pvc but a regular coupling would not fit in the sleeve, this was a perfect plan B. Works well, installs as easily as a socket style coupling and well worth the price

Does not fit standard US PVC fittings. The OD is fine but the ID is too small. These fittings are supposed to be a slip-fit-glue joint. The insert-end is too SMALL to fit the gap properly.

I was looking to connect two 3" PVC pipes together in which I didn't have enough room to add a proper connection. This worked great and sealed very tightly! It was for a sump in a garage, to vent the gaseous fumes through. I couldn't find this anywhere else in the big box stores!

This product is a great idea and is not available at plumbing supply stores. Unfortunately when I bought it, it does not fit inside a 3" pvc pipe. It is too big. Luckily I know someone who owns a lathe and they were able to mil it down for me to actually fit a 3"pvc pipe. The product came in an Amazon return bag (clear bag with green stripes) and the typical LPN sticker. This did not bother me, but it was when I saw someone else had returned it, that my heart sank and knew it was not going to fit. After visiting my friend it now fits perfectly. The part is ingenious!
