Can’t remember where I heard of this pasta, but it is amazing. Taste and texture is the closest I can find to what my hubby and I experienced in Italy. Can’t go back to the other so-called pastas.

Anyone that tells you all boxed- bagged pasts is the same hasn’t tried this..yet. Ya’ll..when I tell you this pasta is the closest to handmade, it’s because it’s the darn truth. You just have to try it for yourself. Yes it’s more expensive than the others. Just try it once. See if you agree. Soo good.

I recently purchased Rummo Fusilli pasta to make a Mediterranean pasta salad for my sister-in-law's baby sprinkle, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Pros: 1. Excellent Texture: The fusilli held its shape perfectly, even when tossed with dressing and other ingredients. It remained al dente and didn't become mushy. 2. Great Flavor: The pasta had a delicious, authentic Italian taste that complemented the Mediterranean flavors in my salad beautifully. 3. Versatile: While I used it for a cold pasta salad, I can see this working well in hot dishes too. 4. Quality: The overall quality of the pasta was evident - it's clearly made with care and good ingredients. 5. Party-Perfect: It was an absolute hit at the baby sprinkle! Guests kept coming back for seconds (and thirds!). 6. Holds Dressing Well: The spiral shape of the fusilli was great for catching and holding onto the dressing and small ingredients, ensuring every bite was flavorful. Cons: - None that I could find! The Rummo Fusilli pasta exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect choice for my Mediterranean pasta salad, contributing significantly to the dish's success at the party. The pasta's quality shone through, elevating a simple salad into a memorable dish. Whether you're cooking for a special event or just a family dinner, I highly recommend giving Rummo Fusilli a try. Excellent product that is our go to for Italian pasta dinners. Texture of the pasta is delicious and Al dente tastes great. Perfect for pasta lunches and dinner.

Great pasta! Gluten intolerant, most wheat pastas cause very uncomfortable effects but this one has no problems. If you want to try a simple pasta salad, boil this pasta, par boil broccoli florets, cut up a sweet red pepper, red onion, sliced black olives and toss with a simple dressing of two parts olive oil, one part balsamic and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard (or your favorite mustard). Easy, great summer pasta salad.

After reading that Stanley Tucci proclaimed this brand to be his favorite pasta, I allowed myself to be the influencee and give it a try. It's delicious, sturdy pasta to be sure. The texture stays beautifully al dente even if you overcook it and the the taste has a lovely earthy nuance. But I didn't find it worth the elevated price and I will stick with other quality brands like Barilla and De Cecco that don't break the bank so.
