I have been using this brand for 4 years now and love it. It definitely works because I feel the burst of energy when the vitamins hit. Take with food as with all vitamins because it can cause a little stomach upset. Even my husband and father in law who are both against vitamins have started taking these and both have notified significant changes in their energy and muscle pains. Highly recommend these. As with all b vitamins it will turn your urine bright yellow and you lose some absorption there, but you do get some absorption. Good value for the money and does not have an overly vitamin like taste
