The total power consumption for each unit should be provided by manufacture, but it is important to note that some off brand lights may not provide the most accurate specifications to potential buyers so it is wise to always leave yourself some leeway by purchasing a transformer capable of outputting MORE wattage than you actually anticipate needing. To determine the TOTAL power consumption (remember these are wired in SERIES) of your entire lighting setup, you'll ADD the wattage utilized by EACH LIGHT (remember this will vary by design so consult the manufacturers specifications for each). For example: the above mentioned listing for 12" 5CCT hardscape lights shows each unit is rated at 7 Watts and there are 8 lighting units in the kit. Thus if using all 8 units, you'd have to add (or multiply) the wattage of each, which is 7 Watts X 8 lights for a total of 56W.
