Very impressed with this heater, whisper quiet and looks nice in the room. I was concerned that even the 2500w version I bought may not be up to the job for where we needed extra warmth but no worries, even on the 'eco' setting it has made a vast difference and we now have a very warm and comfortable kitchen and dining room. I've set a schedule on the excellent and easy to use app so may not need to use the mobile control but nice to know its available. As others have said, the beep is louder than it needs to be and, although it doesn't matter with our location, the light is brighter than it needs to be. I intend to mount it on the wall eventually, but at the moment we are just deciding were it will be best to do this. My only slight negative, and I appreciate its because of the internal workings, but the cable coming out of the side, law of sod on the side on show for me, is a bit intrusive and ugly given the clean look of the heater. However, a very small negative and we're now using two rooms that had become virtual no go areas in the winter months. Highly recommended

Order two of these. Absolutely perfect, can't fault them and will definitely get a couple mlre when needed. No problem setting up WIFI connections (if you knkw who too turn your WiFi to 2.5 instead of 5). Both work easily from both mine and my partners phones. Controls are handy especially when too lazy to get off the sofa. Surprised how quickly it heated up the living room and bar the slightly annoying beep when you turn on/off or turn the heating up, the heaters are slient when running. Best of all they look amazing. As other say, a little annoying for the bedroom that the display light is always on but I'll take it, of ot means I am cozy and warm. Only complaint was they where delivered and left outside my house in the rain- when spending this sort of money, I don't expected to be left outside while I was at work!

First and foremost, this is an electric convector heater which was slightly disappointing as we thought the glass was some kind of clever way of radiating the heat! It is, however, very smart and modern looking although not sure yet just how energy efficient it is. It does seem to output plenty of heat though, once it warms up! Have to say that installation was incredibly easy in terms of measuring up and fastening to the wall - how nice for suitable wall plugs to be included, too, rather than having installation fail at the first hurdle! When on, the unit is silent - the only noise as such is the loud click as you move between heating modes - I assume this must be switching we are hearing. There is a safety lock to prevent children messing with the controls which is a good idea, and the supplied remote makes controlling the heater quite simple. However, be aware that setting up the WiFi connection is a little more complicated than might be expected - after downloading the app and running through all the set up instructions requested, the connection failed and I got a message telling me to set my router to 2.4GHz in order to connect the unit! So for now the WiFi light flashes on and off constantly because I have NOT A CLUE how to about doing that with my router, which has been installed for just over a fortnight! It seems a long wait to speak to someone at customer service for our broadband provider is the order of the day, as that is the only way I am going to achieve that end and a nice simple user interface for my 82 year old mother is what is required.

Lovely looking heater and works well. Cannot comment on running costs yet but definitely warms the space we needed it to and looks good as well. Does have a fairly loud beep so in a bedroom that may be distracting if you program it to come on etc.

Excellent heater. I bought this for my granddaughters bedroom - easy to install and connect to my Wi-Fi and perfect for keeping her bedroom warm at night.

I bought this heater in October 2024. Just over a year later, it has become faulty. In October, within the first year, the LED started to flicker, which wasn’t really an issue at the time. Now, however, when it’s heating, it fills the room with a strong burning smell. It’s been switched off as I can’t trust it, and I definitely won’t be remotely turning it on. I’d say it feels risky and quite dangerous. I phoned customer support and spoke to a very professional and pleasant woman. I expected they would at least listen to what was happening, as it’s their product. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because it only came with a one-year warranty. It’s been one year and two months, and the unit has become dangerously faulty. I was hoping they would put my mind at ease, but the only thing offered was a 5% discount if I bought a new one through their website. As you can imagine, when I’m sitting here with a broken unit just after a year, that isn’t very reassuring. They also explained that there had been an option to opt in for a two-year warranty via a leaflet in the box. I honestly don’t remember seeing it, but even so, I didn’t expect a unit, specially one that isn’t cheap, to go faulty so soon after the first year. Apparently, the supervisor declined any help and said only to offer a 5% discount. At this moment, I cannot recommend this product unless you’re happy to spend £100+ on something that may break down within 12 months. I will be looking into my consumer rights, as I do not feel this product is of satisfactory quality or has lasted a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent heater. We bought the white 1500 panel and has transformed our DIY garage conversion without the additional cost of adding a plumbed in radiator. It is certainly one of best things we have bought! It heats up the space well, seems to be really cost efficient and looks amazing. It is easy to set up and use and being able to schedule on/off time programs and control the temperature via the app or Alexia is so easy! I would definitely recommend 👌
