No tripwire/intrusion instructions. Stripped down uniview firmware that prevents VCA functions.
If they would just tell which Uniview nvr manual to use for VCA functions it would help greatly. Their support number goes to a telemarketing group. This could be a great system with good firmware. They have disabled features via the firmware and will not respond.

There are lots of great surveillance cameras to chose from..... but great customer service can be the most important feature.This was the first time for me to surveillance system and i have several questions. Customer service was very informative and quick to respond to my questions...Highly recommended for the product,its features,and great customer service to boots.

This camera system works great!
This camera system works great! Unboxed this kit and went to install it as soon as it got here. I prewired the house with cat 5 instead of using the supplied cables, so as soon as the kit arrived all I had to do was plug in the NVR, plug the cables into it, and mount the cameras to my preselected spots. once I hooked up a monitor to the NVR, I was able to fine-tune the settings, I was able to resolve an issue I had with one camera. Image quality is good, much better on the monitor than the app.
